Many sources reporting that a 33 yr. old Tennessee man, Adam Eugene Cox, was arrested for making death threats against Shurf Joe, because of the Frozen Custard Posse "investigation".

Below is a letter from Arpaio’s attorney, saying that Arpaio will not cooperate. He gave 2 reasons: it is too much of a “burden” on him and the hearing is in GA and he is in AZ. I could go to a circuit judge in AZ and extend the jurisdiction to AZ and seek reciprocal enforcement, however I concluded, that it will be a waste of my time and money.

Arpaio’s unwillingness to testify tells me that:
a. he does not have any new evidence aside from what I provided him...
I believe, that at some point Arpaio will come up with a report, but I question whether it would lead to anything.

Lastly, here is an explanation, why I did not need to get a subpoena enforcement in DC against Obama, but was seeking reciprocal enforcement against Fuddy. The difference is because Obama is a defendant, he availed himself to the jurisdiction of GA by placing his name on the ballot in GA and he consented top be served through his attorney, who is located in GA. So, by serving Obama through his attorney in GA, I made the subpoena against him instantaneously valid, I did not need to seek any reciprocal subpoena enforcement in DC. The judge agreemed with me on that point.

At any rate, the public is entitled to know, that Arpaio refused to cooperate, even though I did not even need a subpoena for a cooperating witness, and Arpaio could be in front of a judge immediately and he could present all his evidence immediately.

Hi everyone. Long-long-time lurker and procrastinator here. I would like to dip my toe into this birfer dog pile if I may.

Although Arpaio never showed up in Georgia, it appears he has thrown everyone some red meat in advance of his Cold Posse findings.

AP suspiciously released another 5pm Friday deadline story regarding the arrest of a Knoxville man who allegedly threatened Sheriff Arpaio.

The timing of the arrest, press release, and eligibility "findings", IMO, can't be coincidental. AP ran this story as if it were his press agent:

"According to local sheriff’s officials, Cox’s postings indicate he is an avid supporter of President Barack Obama and that the threat may have been sparked by Arpaio’s ongoing investigation into the legitimacy of Obama’s birth certificate.

“I will not be intimidated against pursuing this investigation into Obama’s eligibility to serve as the President of the United States,” Arpaio said in a Friday news release."

Granted this is a very serious situation, but Arpaio only wants revenge now the Justice Dept cited him for abuses. IMO, he's carefully crafting himself a Willie Horton voodoo doll to hang around the president's neck hoping this will impact voters in the coming months.

What I would like to know why is AP suddenly granted exclusive tidbits and why are they posting these stories at the end of the business week?? WEll it's obvious they want these stories to filter into the blogsphere for the weekend. WP posted the article, again unedited, last night.
AP is up to its editors' asses in mischievous and unethical behavior. Was this the same reporter who wrote the "Judge Orders Obama to Court" story?

I don't condone violence. If this man did this, then he should be prosecuted. But methinks Arpaio concocted at least 50% of the story much like Brewer did. I'm sure he receives numerous death threats monthly. [b]This one he wants to spotlight.

He knows he has nothing coming from his investigation in the president's eligibility so he found something better. He can now say with a clear conscience he found nothing from his investigation. Now he can feed Cox's alleged threat to old white people's and birthers' hysterical perception of the president as a dangerous subversive like his distant association with Alinsky and Ayers.

I will say that this jerk's comments on ORYR are nothing unusual, sad to say. For a while there were juvenile comments like that on a regular basis. Bet they stop now, except from those who know how to spoof an IP address.
