The fish counter couldn't take the heat of a bunch of random anonymous posters on an Internet forum. I don't imagine he'd do much better dealing with Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev. He'd prolly ask to count the fish in the Москва River and then run away.

Yeah, I've been to their website. There is nothing showing proper service of process either on their website or on the docket AFAIK.

I'm saying if there's something... anything, to support his notion that they've served the non-existent defendant in his case/s, let's see it. Filing all the crap that is on the AZ docket means squat if there's been no service, and the big film of service in AZ is not service, as it's not service on the named defendant.

As I show above, in the TN state court case, the public docket shows absolutely nothing but a complaint filed... zero, nada, zip of any other document being filed in the case.

If there's something that would support any of the claims he's making, I'm asking him to show it. If it's there I'll apologize profusely and publicly, if not I'll call him a lying sack of shit publicly.

I'm sure these will prove to be interesting.... the dates certainly are.

The last docket posted was an entry on 12/4, a Motion for Preliminary Injunction. Up to that point there is no proof of service, no answer, no motion to dismiss anything and no court rulings on anything. (of course, there's a reason for that, there had been no service, and certainly no service of the named defendant, as they are a non-existent entity).

Edit: ETA: I don't remember which document I saw it on, but I did see where he finall "snuck in" the name of the defendant he's claimed he sued, The Democratic National Party.

Now, whether that was covered in his second amended complaint or not, I dunno, but it did not appear on any pleading prior to 1/23.
