Taitz Comma

Not to be confused, with the Oxford, Yale, or Harvard commas, other forms of the Serial Comma, or the Comma Butterfly.

One theory is that the Taitz Comma appears wherever the screech-addled writer would have had to take a breath, if the passage were spoken with the usual tremulous sense of frustrated outrage:

Quote:
Please, send me copies of your letters to your congressmen...

Quote:
The clerk stated, that the pleadings submitted on September 16th by one day delivery, were received only yesterday...

Quote:
...sprinting away from tea party members, who demanded answers and action on ObamaFraudGate, which means, that it does not matter, what they say, if they don’t take the stand...

Quote:
A number of individuals told me, that World Net Daily is sending flyers...

Quote:
It is despicable, that attorneys claiming to be on the same side would collude with a known convicted felon...

Something about pi being equal to 3 and 3 only and only 3.

...And Saint Attila raised the hand grenade up on high, saying, "O LORD, bless this Thy hand grenade that with it Thou mayest blow Thine enemies to tiny bits, in Thy mercy." And the LORD did grin and the people did feast upon the lambs and sloths and carp and anchovies and orangutans and breakfast cereals, and fruit bats and large chu... [At this point, the friar is urged by Brother Maynard to "skip a bit, brother"]... And the LORD spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin, then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it." Leibniz. I may, however, be biased in that I'm a direct descendant of his academically speaking (advisor to student). And I'm not letting Orly anywhere near my calculus...

Airline credits donated to millionaire birther Orly Taitz by credulous fixed-income Sunbelt seniors (i.e., Flying Monkeys, cf. Wizard of Oz), so that she can carry her zibits to various hearings around the country without having to ask Yosi for airfare.

Hearing

While we're at it.

Hearing -s n A birfer term of art for any official court proceeding, including but not restricted to: trials, motions hearings, scheduling conferences, sidebars, off-the-record remarks, and conversations with the clerk.

Any hearing is the correct occasion to present ALL arguments, assertions, evidence, conclusions, demands, and accusations. That way the Court can NOT ignore them.

The only official court proceedings that are not considered a part of the record of a hearing are: instructions, admonishments, reprimands, orders to show cause, sanctions orders, and deninals.

The only possible outcome of a hearing is deninal of the birfer motion (if plaintiff), and/or affirmation of the defense motion. (This explains why the Liberi v. Taitz cases have rent the fabric of space-time.)

However, a hearing is considered "won" from the moment it is calendared and/or the movant's papers are docketed. If the birfer movant's papers include a draft order, that order is considered to be in full force as if issued by the Court, from the moment it appears on scribd.

mute

A legal term of art, meaning the Court decision (be it deninal of the birther motion, or affirmation of the defendants' motion for dismissal) cannot be discussed. "They must remain mute, and offer no comment."

Slam Dunk

The odds of success for certain very, very, very cleverly crafted eligibility lawsuits.

To qualify for the term 'slam dunk,' all of the following must be true:
  1. It must be at minimum 1 month before the legal action is to take place
  2. The general strategy for the suit, and the attorney(s) involved, must remain undisclosed
  3. The actual objective or relief sought (i.e., standard for 'success') must remain undisclosed
  4. The actual claims, evidence, pleadings, and witnesses must remain undisclosed
  5. The person making the claim must have a large and significant need for paypal clicks.
If any of 1-4 is violated, the term 'fail' automatically replaces the term 'slam dunk.' In addition, regardless of the strategy, the attorney, the objective, the claims, or the pleadings, once the lawsuit is docketed, 'slam dunk' anywhere used becomes replaced by 'fail.'

So, in birtherlaw: Slam dunk, n. Syn. Fail; or v. to make a slam dunk: to fail.

OK, then.

Vorausdeutendschadenfreude: the feeling of tantalizing anticipation of future schadenfreude, when one knows a detested enemy now filled with delight at a seeming victory is about to suffer an emotionally devastating and cruel defeat, although the precise petard on which she will be hoist is as yet unknown. This is not unique to birthism, but is most notably connected to Orly Taitz.

Birfergasm:

An intense euphoric sensation in the brain experienced at the peak of birfer excitation, usually resulting from extreme delusions of victory. During a Birfergasm the birfer’s brain will cut all ties with reality and render them unable to speak in a coherent manner. (More so than usual)

In both male and female birfers this can also be accompanied by an ejaculation of brain cells. This usually manifests as a heavy postnasal drip and sometimes creates an inability to swallow that can also produce drool. Thus causing the birfer to look as stupid as they sound.

This can be very harmful, as most birfers cannot afford to lose any of the few brain cells they have.

Please permit me to attempt the definition of RAGSDALE.

Ragsdale: That moment when a birther realizes that they shoulda stuck to anonymous blog posts and World of Warcraft or Legend of Zelda in the basement instead of attempting to overthrow the lawfully elected President of the United States by filing a candy-ass challenge in a state primary knowing that the contested party(ies) would actually hire a real lawyer who had a freaking clue to shut their seditionist ass(es) down. Hard.

"Oh Noes! I've been Ragsdaled! I may have to pay costs now unless I admit that I'm a freaking moron!" or "They wouldn't have ended up in the FEMA camp if they hadn't have gone and Ragsdaled themselves!"

Ragsdaling: Taking delight in someone being Ragsdaled.

Gloating: see Ragsdaling: Delighting in a well served Ragsdale. (there are other definitions, but I liked this one best, because I made it up.)

Please refine....

Isn’t “Nothing, like you’ve seen before” almost exactly like everything you’ve seen before, but with more commas? Or is it more crazy :-k

verb [trans]
to officially establish the truth or correctness of any belief or suspicion or crack-fueled wet-dream of a birfer by failing to explicitly and specifically address it or any particular detail while refuting its basic premise in the clearest possible terms (to any non-birfer). officials can only "indirectly confirm" birfer fantasies for fear of swift and deadly retaliation by the usurper.

origin: freeper butterdezillion

butterdezillion wrote:
HI State Registrar, Alvin Onaka, just indirectly confirmed to AZ SOS Ken Bennett that the birth record they have for Obama is not legally valid, so Hawaii does NOT vouch for the claim that Obama was born in HI to BHO and Stanley Ann on Aug 4, 1961.

Edit: and ...

Sooooo...

If I read and understand all of Nellie teh Butterbutt's screeds, and then I give them all a well deserved, "Pffffft!" That, then, would mean that I have "indirectly confirmed" Nellie to be a dishonest, mentally ill, probably racist asshat who couldn't possibly be right with God and prolly makes Lucifer, the Morning Star, Lord of this Present Darkness, throw up in His mouth a little bit?

Am I in the ballpark?

   ... actually, i think that qualifies as a direct confirmation!

a better formulation: utternutter's screeds "indirectly confirm" that obama is 100% eligible and qualified to be president!
