Justice v Fuddy seems to be missing. I know we've just got the appeal details right now, but I'll try to start copying the Circuit Court file the next time I'm down there to get something done on the Taitz v Fuddy stuff.

Plaintiff–Appellant Dr. Robert V. Justice (Plaintiff), appearing pro se, filed a complaint, pursuant to the UIPA, seeking an order directing the Department of Health (DOH) of the State of Hawai‘i to permit him “to inspect and copy” President Obama's original birth certificate. The trial court dismissed Plaintiff's complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.

To be eligible to serve as President of the United States, a person must be a natural born citizen.2 Plaintiff seeks disclosure of President Obama's birth certificate so that Plaintiff can assure himself that President Obama is eligible to serve as President. Plaintiff contends that he is entitled to such disclosure based on a provision of the UIPA which requires the disclosure of “[g]overnment records pursuant to a showing of compelling circumstances affecting the health or safety of any individual[.]” HRS § 92F–12(b)(3) (1993).

Will they get to 100 before the 2012 election? Orly better get moving. And I'm still waiting for Kreep to file the 8 or 9 suits he promised on the Andrea Shea King show in the Fall of 2009.

IIRC, Kreep was pretty sick for a good chunk of 2010. Maybe that slowed down his ability to get all his suits filed? I dunno either way, it's just a thought....

I think that if you use the methodology that was used previously the score is 0-86 with 7 pending.

I merely used the numbers to edit the title which the producer of the document has listed, which is what I've done since day one of the document, so "that" at least is consistent.

There was a birther I found myself debating with the other day. He posted a thread about Orly's latest case, boasting that Obama was once again dodging bullets. This guy is what I'd call the top birther in our forum community, he posts more threads than anybody I can recall in that thread, and he gets ample support from members (it's a fairly conservative forum). Anyway, he seems to rely alot of his posts on what Orly Taitz does and reports, I got to asking him:

'after more than 70 lawsuits (it's far more now I've noticed) why do you still continue to throw money at this woman and others, it's not getting your cause anywhere'

to which he replied (in a similar manner):

'I don't donate money on her or the others to carry out these lawsuits, I'd rather spend my money on food and beer'

To which I asked him why, if he is so confident of orly and the other birther lawyers, doesn't he put his money where his mouth is? Since this is all about the constitution and setting things straight. I never got a response to this question. I'm fairly certain that most birthers would be like this, the same response...

I think that since 2009 it's always been about controversy and attention for the birthers... I don't think they actually believe these lawsuits will go anywhere, I don't even think many of them believe in the conspiracy any longer.... I think birtherism has just become another form of trolling...

If I'm not mistaken, when the birthmites pull off the triple-header in Georgia, I believe the score will go from the current 0-97, to 98, 99, then 0-100!!

Maybe they'll let Orly drown in her own feces third, and she can garner the cherished one hundredth consecutive birther court fail!!

In fact, this would be a fabulous time to make up a birther fail trophy or plaque, and have Supreme Leader Foggy present it to the winner at the Georgia court. If only for the photo opp. Where's verbalobe?
