Please cite where it is reported or stated by Birther Report that the judge sanctioned Dr. Taitz. It is true, isn't it, that the state of Hawaii, i.e., the Hawaii Department of Health and their lawyers, the Hawaii Attorney General and the Hawaii Deputy Attorney General-(I.E., THE STATE) are moving forward in attempting to sanction and label you a vexatious litigant?

I got an e mail from a guy by name Thomas Washington from birtherreport@yahoo.com. He claims that Bob Nelson is one of the people preparing birther report and he is another. He claims that they did not defame me. Here is the quote posted by this Bob Nelson and Thomas Washington and whatever else and whoever else works with them:

How can you write that the state of HI will move forward in sanctioning her? The judge needs to issue an order. The Deputy Attorney General Nagamine (who is married to Obama’s family personal attorney and who is complicite in cover up of this forgery ) can ask for it, but it is up to the judge.
You need to be either a complete idiot not to understand it or you have to be working for the other side in order to destroy the only attorney, who brings the most explosive evidence, and you are doing it 2 weeks before the trial

art2 superpac was organizaed by a woman by name Helen Tansey. This woman claims she is a big supporter of eligibility issue, that she used to be a Democrat, possibly a registered Democrat, but she saw the light and now she is a Republican fighting Obama. I am not so sure this is the case.

This woman, Helen Tansey, sent e-mails to numerous supporters attacking me, saying that it was a fiasco. She was claiming that I need to be replaced as a leader of this movement. Many wrote back to her and told her that she really has the nerve. She never donated 1 cent to my work, she never filed any law suites herself. She was just bad mouthing me.

After she was told to shut up, she started a blog art2superpac. She operates using this name. Officially, the goal is to promote understanding that according to Article2 of the constitution Obama is not a natural born citizen, due to his fathers citizenship. Well, we all know this. Why give money to this blogger? But, what I’ve seen, is that lately she started cooperating with a couple of other bloggers. Those couple bloggers are promoting her, it’s like a pac. One of these bloggers in Bob Nelson, who is running a blog ObamaReleaseYourrecords (ORYR). Lately he wrote several highly defamatory articles about me. At the same time he is heavily promoting this art2suoerpac. This is done on the eve of a legal action in GA, where I am working very hard, bringing witnesses to court, paying for airfare and hotel of several witnesses, flying to HI, trying to get a judge in HI to enforce the subpoena from GA. So, these defamatory articles are hurting my ability to raise funds and fly to different locations and fly witnesses to trial.

I also noticed, that this pac, these 3 bloggers are trying to promote a couple of attorneys, who have limited cases. These attorneys are saying: we are not challenging Obama’s birth certificate, we are not challenging his fraudulently obtained Social Security number. Both attorneys, Marc Hatfield and Van Irion, are saying: we assume that Obama has a valid birth certificate and a valid Social Security number, he is not committing fraud and he was born in this country, we are questioning only one thing: can he run for president, if his father was a foreign national and he had allegiance to other countries.

My case includes everything: I question Obama’s eligibility due to his father’s foreign citizenship, but I am also flying 8 witnesses to trial in GA, telling the judge; not only there is a problem with his fathers citizenship, there is a problem with his forged documents, I am bringing a much stronger case. I am telling the judge, even if you rule in Obama’s favor on the issue of his fathers citizenship, you have to rule in my favor, as Obama also does not have a velid birth certificate and does not have any valid identification papers. Not only he needs to be removed, he needs to be criminally prosecuted. It is time for Watergate 2.

What I am questioning is, who is behind this art2superpac? In whose best interest is it to attack the only attorney who brings the most explosive evidence? In whose interest is it to come up with a gimmick, which is diverting funds from the movement, from the supporters in order to make it impossible for me to succeed? Make your own conclusions. ORYR has sometimes published from the ravings on "Ulsterman" which pretends to quote "White House Insider." This time WHI appears to be getting drunk during the course of the interview. I don't know whether anybody actually believes this junk:

Hawaiian officials have minced words and testified in court that they have his “original birth document” on file in their birth records but they have never testified that the document posted on the White House website is the same document that is in their files. A police report signed a policeman stating that a prostitute gave birth in the back seat of his police car while she was under arrest would be a document of birth.

Back in October of 2011 an Obot left numerous comments at this blog threatening to kill various people that have pursued Obama's ineligibility to be president. One comment was directed at Sheriff Joe and his family where the commenter posted the following:

"I plan to kill Joe Arpaio first.. He will be filled with a thousand bullet holes before the year is out., I promise you this. He won't fuck with Obama. He will be buried 10 feet under and his whole family will be murdered along with him. Don't like it? Come stop me. Come die before me."


Right after that comment was submitted we grabbed the IP address from the commenter and the location was in Tennessee. We then sent the pertinent information and the actual death threat to Dr. Corsi, among others, and informed them we were not 100% certain that was the commenter but we were pretty sure it was and it could be easily verified by contacting Blogger owner Google to confirm. Dr. Corsi later informed us that Sheriff Joe's office was now investigating the death threat.

PHOENIX -- A 33-year-old man in Phoenix has been arrested for threatening to kill Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his family.

Deputies in Knoxville, Tennessee worked with Maricopa County Sheriff's deputies to serve a search warrant and seize a computer and other evidence from the home of Adam Eugene Cox.

The investigation into an internet death threat started in October, and Cox was arrested Friday on an unrelated warrant for assault. He is now being investigated in the internet death threat of MCSO Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his family. Deputies obtained a search warrant at Google, where they were then connected to Cox.

The threat comes in response to the Sheriff's office's investigation into the legitimacy of Obama's birth certificate. Cox's mother confirmed with police that he is an avid supporter of president Obama and police say he has a history of assault.

Authorities in Tennessee say they've arrested a man who's suspected of threatening the self-proclaimed "toughest sheriff" in America.

Knox County Sheriff's deputies in Knoxville served a search warrant and seized computer and other evidence Friday from the home of 33-year-old Adam Eugene Cox.

They say Cox was taken into custody on an unrelated warrant for assault and is being investigated as a suspect in an October online threat on Sheriff Joe Arpaio (ar-PIE'-oh) of Maricopa County, Ariz., and his family.

Arpaio's office says Cox's postings show he's an avid supporter of President Barack Obama and that Arpaio's ongoing investigation into the legitimacy of Obama's birth certificate may be behind the threat.

Maricopa County sheriff's deputies previously travelled to California, where search warrants were served on Google headquarters, and then to Knoxville. It's unclear whether Cox has a lawyer.
