It discusses Judge Carter's decision in Barnett. Comes to the conclusion that the case was nonjusticiable.

I now have a 3 MB PDF of the article.

I'd love to read it

Al Hendershot called me the day after I first conversed with Corsi over his big "reveal" of James A. Johnson. He pretended to be a FedEx employee and was calling because they had a FedEx package, from a company James Johnson serves as a member of the BoD, with a damaged airbill. The recipient information was allegedly missing minus a partial phone number. Jimbot's number. \:D/ Al asked if I was expecting a package from said company.

1. Also a law student.
2. The author explains where he disagrees with Judge Carter's ruling. The 9th also partially disagreed with Judge Carter, so some credit is due.

Outstanding. I do hope to see you in Atlanta on the 26th, if it's at all possible. I will move mountains to be there on the 26th.

I really appreciate all the pickup truck anf gun rack references, but I assure you that Judge Lee will make short work of this silly case. She is one tough grandmother. I suspect that the hearing on 1/9 will be a non-event, but any of you that want to make the trip, c'mon down to Birmingham -- it should be entertaining. I understand that Mr. Hendershot is an Alabama football fan, so he will likely be a mixed bag for him until the evening's game goes his way.

Thanks for the welcome. I will be at the hearing on 1/9, just to see the demise of this silliness. Actually, the demise will probably come a little later, but I am looking forward to seeing how Judge Lee deals with Big Al.

So I read that Mr. Hendershot has convinced Orly Taitz to represent him in the Alabama case and is going to try to get the hearing continued. I bet she is not admitted in Alabama and I suspect that Judge Lee will not be inclined to grant her the privilege to appear.

Yep. Reported by ORYR.

And look who pops up in the comments: Cris Ericson! My favorite birther.

I wonder if Steve the Cat ever returned home.

awwww... I was just joshing. It was mostly a reference to the immigration law stuff going on.

Sorry if I offended you. It was not intentional. I really was just kidding.

And actually, I took license with that gunrack/bumper sticker jab. That reference is to Texas anyway. "He's got a '57 GMC pickup truck, with a gun rack and an 'I'd rather step in shit than smoke it' bumper sticker".

Why yes, I do know all the words.

And Welcome!
