Has anyone actually seen Orly and Verbie at the same time? They must be same person. Lets see your birth certificate, no not that one, the long form. We want DNA samples. Its all a conspiracy against something or other. We will figure it out after we shoot him. (Not a death threat)

When Orly starts spouting about basenji dogs, the evolution of early hominids, the migratory habits of the monarch butterfly, a favorite chili recipe, the history of conquest in the British Isles, mnemonic tricks for memorizing the anagrams of SENO?ITA, and silkscreen technique -- all in the same sentence -- then you'll have us nailed.

That's a lot of flying monkey miles to go perpetrate fail all over the country. The only questions are whether she has go to back more times to fail even more, whether she gets sanctioned for defrauding the court in the Pierson case or elsewhere and, if so, how much. I think she could get so frustrated she commits direct contempt and gets hauled off, which would be a hoot. (Any. Day. Now.)

No problemo. The courts will coordinate it all, including any future hearings. Right?

I'd say she'll blow at least 80% of the tasks at hand. She can't even write a basic motion without fucking it up. How's she going to handle all this law stuff? I'm sure she doesn't even know where to look for definitions of all the things she's gotta do.

All I know is January's Orly Season!

She does seem to be hiring more legal help here from time to time. Not good legal help but better than her.

She's not getting that help free, either. Although if she was charged for the work in Liberi, and paid, she overpaid.

If I were Taitz I'd hire someone to get the proper documents filed in this magnificent case. 8> But WDOD?

I sense that you lack experience at assembling appellate boilerplate for pro se, pro boner pubico Konstitutional Kases. Better leave this one to the A/V specialists.

Okay. IANAL and maybe I'm completely off-base with this, but:

Both here and in Astrue, Orly only has two issues to be raised on appeal. One is whether the trial court erred in applying Exception 6. The other thing that she includes as an issue to be raised is:
Quote:
Whether there exist any other legal or public policy bases for the Court to order the defendant to respond fully to appellant’s request pursuant to FOIA?

Am I understanding correctly that Orly is asking the Appeals Court to find, create, or otherwise magick into existence some phantom reason to give her what she wants? And that she considers that the trial court not having done so is an issue for appeal?

Is she trying to recruit the Courts onto the FM Squad?

That would not be out of character.

YES, BUT YOU FORGOT TO SHOUT.

Nothing says "top-notch attorney" like an entire appellate filing in capital letters. Scares the bejeebers out of judges, ya know.

But, but, but - She really means it this time.... I can just imaging little frogs in little helmets and boots carrying little M-16s marching 4 across, but I've been infected with "Military Madness".
