The opinion restates allegations for purposes of determining whether there was a cause of action. The allegations are not proven merely because they are stated in the opinion. The allegations were not "evidence", at least from what can be determined from the opinion.

Statements made by the former aides and the scumbag doctor's actions afterword form my opinion that he did what was alleged. Is it court-of-law bulletproof evidence? No, but I don't care. This isn't a court, and I have no doubt that if he had been prosecuted for animal cruelty -- if the law had allowed it -- the evidence would have been presented. Animal abusers are scumbags, and they should all suffer searingly painful projectile diarrhea for 10 years before they die.

He might have done it. But the law review article is a POS.

Followed by a variety of pics of Michelle. Candidate for President indeed. But really, Leah, thanks for showing your butt.

I've seen pictures of Leah Lax, and she has no room to talk, in addition to no room in her clothes. She looks like ten pounds of shit stuffed into a five pound bag. After looking at a couple recent pictures of Michelle just to be sure, I can say that Lax is projecting.

Politico: Jim Sensenbrenner sorry for 'big butt' quip
Quote:
Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner sent a note of apology Thursday to Michelle Obama for referring to her “large posterior” and “big butt,” his spokesperson told POLITICO.

Sensenbrenner was overheard talking about the first lady’s healthy food initiative — and her “large posterior” — on Wednesday in the Delta Crown lounge at Reagan National Airport, FishbowlDC reported. The representative was recounting a recent conversation he’d had at a Wisconsin Episcopal church and said loudly on the phone that Obama “lectures us on eating right while she has a large posterior herself,” according to Fishbowl.

On Thursday, Sensenbrenner said in a statement, “I regret my inappropriate comment and I have sent a personal note to the first lady apologizing.”

Sensenbrenner (R-WI) is, shall we say, not svelte.

These images are appropriate for this discussion and show why Congressman Sensenbrenner should have kept his big mouth shut even if he were correct about the First Lady, which he's not.

P&E: What are Competitive Standing and the Political Doctrine Question in Obama’s Q?
Cody Robert Judy wrote:
“MAKING A GOOD PLAINTIFF”

[...]

The political question doctrine encourages courts to decline to rule in certain categories of controversial cases. The theory portends, a court acknowledges that the Constitution might have been violated but declines to act in a see-no-evil, hear-no-evil, do-no-evil crouch. It is often described as a type of judicial restraint, although it can be considered a form of judicial activism against plaintiffs whose rights have been violated and find their cases dismissed.

In the insight of “Standing” we learned from 2008 recently in 2011 of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals that Presidential Candidates who are in the race have the best standing and, active military personnel; former military personnel; state representatives; federal taxpayers; relatives of President Obama did not.

The remaining category “Presidential Candidates” were basically summarily denied because they failed to challenge soon enough for the court to provide redress before the U-Haul pulled up to the White House unloading Obama’s things in it and living there 3 years; citing it would be impossible for the Federal Courts to grant removing him from office. The Court basically giving Obama’s imminent domain of the White House illegally standing over and above the Constitution with the political question doctrine.

[...]

By supporting my candidacy your dollars are going to count for “Standing” that is Competitive, and has insulation against the racist charge being flung at the Birther Movement, because I am and have the longest running challenge to Obama’s Eligibility in the entire United States of America. That is very unique to say, so say it a few times and let it sink in.

I didn't know where to post this, so somebody can move it if they want.

Note that Cody says it was all a misunderstanding. That when he said "bomb", he meant "B.O.M." as in 'Book of Mormon'. He has said that before. Of course he never explains the toy phone:

Quote:
when the 27-year-old man came out of the audience and walked onto the stand, carrying a briefcase and a toy cellular phone wrapped in black tape.He approached President Hunter and told others sitting on the stand to clear the area, saying he had a bomb and detonator.

http://www.ldschurchnews.com/articles/2 ... -bomb.html

He was going to blow up a 'book of mormon'. Got that?

In any case, here's the Daily Shop piece on Code Judy:

Laurie Roth was listed in California as a generally recognized presidential candidate ... for the American Independent Party.

Keyes, Drake, etc. not listed.

Leah Lax has an insider in the White House! Who knew? This is from Orly's post about not showing up for court, which is info that came from Leah:

Quote:
I can tell you my insider in the White House said Michelle bought 3 houses in Kenya one for Her one for her mother and one as a Vacation Villa.Obama is taking flying lessons on Airforce one and there is an article in one of the Kenyan Papers that says Obama was born there and mentions the real birth certificate.

That last bit refers to the African Press "articles."

So Leah has an inside source. I wonder if it barks, meows or crackles.
