Regarding the FEC 48 hour [link]notice,http://images.nictusa.com/pdf/676/12020392676/12020392676.pdf#navpanes=0[/link]:
The only information submitted about Sylvia Doucette-Ladien's May 27, 2012 contribution is her name and her occupation (writer). I find this particularly interesting since she died
February 4, [link]2012,http://www.tributes.com/show/Sylvia-Astrida-Doucette-Ladien-93216287[/link] survived by her loving husband, Dr. Kimball Ladien – aka Donor #2.
And her psychiatrist widower, Dr. Kimball Ladien? Not too surprising that he’s an Orly follower. Here’s a link to a lawsuit of his where he’s definitely following the Orlylaw [link]playbook,http://caselaw.findlaw.com/us-7th-circuit/1195075.html[/link]:
I think this quote from the final paragraph of the appeals court affirmation of the trial court’s sanction of dismissal sums up his behavior over the 5 years of this lawsuit quite nicely:
We might be more reluctant to uphold this sanction of dismissal if thecontumacious conduct was solely the work of Dr. Ladien's attorney. See Anderson, 915 F.2d at 315 (noting our reluctance to affirm a dismissal where the sanctionable conduct is unknown to the client). This is not the case, however, because the record is replete with misconduct performed solely by Dr. Ladien himself.
