Sore loser, much?

 [link]http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/?p=101804,http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/?p=101804[/link]

Please, see the breakdown of June 3 poll. Democrats voted for Emken, not Taitz, as they were afraid of embarrassment for Obama

And if, as Orly says, 350K Dems voted for Emken, deducting every single one of those votes doesn't change the fact that Lena was beaten by two others.

I have no doubt some votes for Emken came from Dems (since I was one of them!). But certainly her success was more driven by the slate mailers and letters from electeds that went to GOPs in huge quantities.

Regarding the FEC 48 hour [link]notice,http://images.nictusa.com/pdf/676/12020392676/12020392676.pdf#navpanes=0[/link]:

The only information submitted about Sylvia Doucette-Ladien's May 27, 2012 contribution is her name and her occupation (writer). I find this particularly interesting since she died February 4, [link]2012,http://www.tributes.com/show/Sylvia-Astrida-Doucette-Ladien-93216287[/link] survived by her loving husband, Dr. Kimball Ladien – aka Donor #2.

And her psychiatrist widower, Dr. Kimball Ladien? Not too surprising that he’s an Orly follower. Here’s a link to a lawsuit of his where he’s definitely following the Orlylaw [link]playbook,http://caselaw.findlaw.com/us-7th-circuit/1195075.html[/link]:

I think this quote from the final paragraph of the appeals court affirmation of the trial court’s sanction of dismissal sums up his behavior over the 5 years of this lawsuit quite nicely:

We might be more reluctant to uphold this sanction of dismissal if thecontumacious conduct was solely the work of Dr. Ladien's attorney. See Anderson, 915 F.2d at 315 (noting our reluctance to affirm a dismissal where the sanctionable conduct is unknown to the client). This is not the case, however, because the record is replete with misconduct performed solely by Dr. Ladien himself.

So that makes her a ghost writer, right? :rimshot:

Sad though that she had more than enough voters to fill a football stadium. What is wrong with people? AndI am doubting she got many votes from people who did not recognize the name. Not many people just vote for the weirdest, most foreign sounding name on the list. People tend to gravitate to more familiar names.

Oh ho -- sounds like Dr. Kimball Ladien was channeling his dead wife in order to contribute 2x the allowed amount of contribution to her. Is the $2500 max still in effect?

 So I wonder why Orly has not noticed the obvious pattern yet:

Her vote total increases just enough to keep her in 5th place!

So to whom should this illegal contribution be reported to?

Wouldn't it be the FEC or is that only for presidential campaigns?

Yes. $2500 per election. Primary and General are separate elections.(unless, of course, you are a corporation or super-wealthy and donate to super PACs -- then no limits)

I'd usually rather deal with psychotic patients then those with personality disorders: especially borderlines.

The very first patient I ever took care of in nursing school clinicals was a woman with borderline personality disorder. Good times.

This woman came on Doc C's site to answer a jocular question by a user who was contemplating voting for Taitz to create havoc in the GOP, but wondered whether that would lead to her hand melting and the rest of her arm evaporating. That Obot may be a candidate for the Darwin Award, she said. Hm, she really believed she would be able to beat Feinstein if she made it to the second round - and believed that Demcratic obots would help her reach that second round - and then the obots would have their worst nightmare confirmed on June 13th. Delusional, surely, but I mean she knows about the Darwin awards...

Congratulatios to all those who resisted the urge to vote Taitz. and do not be worried: if the number of Democrats voting for Orly were higher than the nunber voting for Emken, Orly would have claimed that these figures clearly prove that everybody believes Obama is ineligible.

Dr. Kimball Ladien was discussed in Making Monsters: False Memories, Psychotherapy, and Sexual Hysteria, by psychologist Richard Ofshe and magazine writer Ethan Watters. Apparently working as a resident with Dr. Bennett Braun of the dissociative-disorders unit of Rush-Presbyterian-Saint Luke's Medical Center in 1987, he is said to have hypnotized and recovered memories from the multiple personalities of a woman who came to believe that her family was a Satanic cult dating back 400 years.

Chicago Reader Feb. 16, 1995 [link]The Anti-Cult Candidate,http://www.chicagoreader.com/chicago/the-anti-cult-candidateprecious-wax-drippings/Content?oid=886721[/link]

Even after the family was reunited, states Making Monsters, Anne continued to believe "she was the High Priestess of an international satanic order" until she stopped taking the various drugs Braun had prescribed for her and her head cleared. Now she's suing the hospital, Braun, and various other therapists. One of them is Kimball Ladien.

Anne's suit alleges that Ladien's "hypnotic sessions" helped persuade her that "she had over 300 alternate personalities as a result of extended and repeated sexual and other traumatic abuse as a child including the participation in ritual murders, cannibalism, satan worship, and torture by members of her family."

"His specific job with me was to recover child-abuse memories," she told me. "The hypnosis sessions went on for hours. If they had to do with my being tied to my dining-room table we would go to his apartment and sit at his dining-room table. If the abuse memories had to do with a basement we would go to his mother's basement."

Ladien regrets the suit. "I feel somewhat betrayed," he said. "I spent a lot of personal time with [Anne] and the family doing my utmost to help them." Besides, going to court is bad medicine. It's denial. "It's absolutely contrary to the therapeutic process. Going into the legal framework is an absolute guarantee you won't make progress in the therapeutic sense. You have to ask, who benefits?"

Thanks for the link, Mark. The procedure to file a formal complaint with the FEC requires a written, notarized complaint, something I cannot manage logistically till after next week. Anyone have other ideas on how to pass this info along to someone who can move on it more quickly? I was thinking possibly OC Register or some other enterprising reporter/news organization. Weigel's out of town, and I don't know if Maddow's people would be interested. If anyone knows of anyone, can you post or PM me e-mail contacts?Barring any other suggestions, I'll work up the formal complaint week after next.

Some interesting twists in the SF results where O'rly comes in 7th and has fewer votes than Feinland. I still think a lot of the Feinland votes were meant for Feinstein who got a healthy 78.6% followed by Dan Hughes and ( Dem.) Levitt. Emken came in 4th with a puny 1.8%.[/break1]sos.ca.gov/returns/us-senate/county/san-francisco/]http://vote.sos.ca.gov/returns/us-senat ... francisco/
