It seems to be basically a pro-forma so there's not so much amusement value as usual.

It's not docketed yet, but it's obvious that someone filled it out for her as it does not contain her usual illegible scrawl. :P

Of course, we know that Obama knows what sates are.
Wikipedia article

Add Belgium to the list of countries where it is popular. You can now order sate at a frietkraam (typical Belgian fry stand) and eat it baked with your fries. It is chicken or pork, and if you get a skewer, it is one of these dirt cheap wooden ones.

Can it be copied here or to Scribd? Last time I went to Chez Orly, even with AVG and Malwarebytes running, I still got bit with a nasty bug that took a few days to get rid of.

And she did the same thing in her latest Tatiz v Ruemmler filing.

2. SHOW ME HOW THIS THING WORKS

Yup. FOIA provides for both "exemptions" and "exclusions" but there is no list of "exceptions".

It appears that Orly has a new assistant* and neither of them know how to use spell check or know anything about grammar.
Quote:
Such motion for summary affirmance makes a mockery of the due process rights of the citizens, who are filing freedom of information requests such as the case at hand and are entitled to have their appela had on the merits.

* I presume that Lila Dubert is Orly's new assistant since I have never seen her referenced before.

Have you looked at her other proofs of service? Lila Dubert has been signing them for her since 2009. We even had a digression about "Daubert" regarding her experts in the Georgia thread referencing her.

Hint -- put "Dubert" in the Search block and it will bring you nice posts like this: viewtopic.php?f=22&t=1272&p=34742&hilit=Dubert#p34742

No surprise, but this is the same motion as Ruemmler, esp the "Additionally, the appellant noticed that the Appellant (sic)...."

Obviously, Orlylaw dictates that when one files for an extension of time, the motion must have the appearance of a rush job (times 2)!!

O'rly does not meet the technical standards? Well whoooda thunk it? They can plainly see that O'rly the Loon is obviously not a real lawyer.
