Wasn't it Orly who included a nearly illegible copy of the BC in one of her zibbits? B/T were only trying to help her.

What Democratic party filed with court recently in response to my motion for sanctions against them and my bar complaint, is not a BC, it’s a BS

They are concerned with the charges, bar complaints that I filed in MS and IN and a motion for sanctions against them.

Bar complaint in IN? That's new info, isn't it?

(I'll cross-post that snippet to the IN topic) PLEASE DISCUSS IN

Figuratively speaking, I think they're more concerned about getting a very dangerous, careening drunk driver off the road.

rikker said…[Reply] Scott Tepper has succeeded where every birther has failed. He has entered a valid Hawaiian BC with a raised seal into the DNC’s response to Orly Taitz in Mississippi. Alvin Onaka not only verified that BC, Onaka also verified the image Obama posted at WhiteHouse.gov, thus denying Sheriff Arpaio’s fraud claims. So, for the first time a BC for Obama has been entered into a court record. Was this Orly’s intention? As with the Ankeny decision, every state will point to the Mississippi filing as verification of Obama’s NBC status.

Obviously we need to do a better job of providing rikker with linkys.

Mario (aka, the Putz) has stated:

The attorneys for the Tennessee Democratic Party have opened the door which will allow Orly Taitz access to all the original Obama records contained in the Hawaii Health Department. Those attorneys and Dr. Onaka have done an end run around the defendant having to provide a certified true copy of Obama’s birth certificate to the Court as true evidence that Obama, his attorneys, and the Hawaii Department of Health have not engaged in a fraud upon the court as Orly Taitz alleges. They have done that end run under the guise that the verification is needed for purposes of litigation. Well, Ms. Taitz also has litigation needs. She has to be able to access all available evidence that supports her allegation of a fraud upon the court. Since the defendants have introduced the verification into evidence for purposes of opposing her allegation, Ms. Taits also has the due process right to test the validity of that evidence by being able to subpoena Dr. Onaka for cross examination and subpoena the original documents upon which he says he relied in producing his Verification of Birth. As the old saying goes, what good for the goose is good for the gander.

http://puzo1.blogspot.com/2012/05/purpura-and-moran-file-their-brief-and.html?commentPage=2 (at 1:17pm 6/8/12)IANAL. Where does Full Faith and Credit come into play? Can anyone challenge a birth certificate? Wouldn't that instead be a criminal investigation done by an organization with the correct standing (I don't know if that's the right term in this case, but you know what I mean), i.e., not a sheriff from Arizona?

I call double moron on you, Putzo. This case is in Mississippi, and the only door they opened for Orly was built into the floor of the courtroom, wink wink, hint hint, say no more. :-$

Would Apuzzo like the Subpoena Fairy to whisper in Taitz's ear how to get that done, or would a connect-the-dots coloring book do the trick?

Where does Full Faith and Credit come into play?

At the bottom of the verification, with the raised seal and the registrar's signature.Sadly, Orly won't even be able to inspect the original verification. The judge will do that; that's his job. Orly and Putzo have this pipe dream that someday, somehow, they'll manage to force open the vault in Hawaii, and there won't be any birth certificate from 1961, or there will be a forgery there and they'll prove it using scanning salesmen and Air Force typists and former Adobe authors. Neither of them has shown the slightest sign of realizing what the bottom line here is: That original document is protected by law, and nobody is ever going to see it who doesn't work for the Hawaii Dept. of Health in some capacity that entitles them to see it. Courts, however, deal with issues like this all the time. When the judge sees that original verification with the raised seal and the registrar's signature and the surrounding correspondence, he's going to rule that the exhibit B&T attached to their motion [the LFBC] contains accurate information about the birth of the president. Orly can bitch all she wants. She's the one who inspired the idea, by claiming that they asked the judge to rule that the LFBC is genuine based on "judicial notice," which they never did. But by basing her motion for sanctions solely on the fact that the LFBC is a forgery, she opened the door for them to prove it isn't. Which they did, in masterful fashion, as we've all witnessed. Now, instead of asking the judge to rule the LFBC is accurate based on "judicial notice," they can ask him to rule that it's genuine based upon "full faith and credit" (and that it's admissible under a standard exception to the hearsay rule, but I doubt Orly recognizes that the verification, like the LFBC, is hearsay).
Show me, show me, show me how you do that trick! The one that makes me scream, she said.

Sorry, girlfriend. I shoulda explained more better. It's a small booklet written by Verbalobe and self-published. Like a lot of the other things on that list, it was a gift; I briefly met him at an Ethiopian restaurant in Washington, D.C. (and we've met once more since at a local burger joint where he and listeme and I spent a pleasant hour). It's a small thing, but precious to me, like all the gifts I've received. I got a feeling that Quarles Harris Porto would remove paint, but it's my favorite bottle of wine in the whole wide world as long as nobody ever opens it. :D --> <!-- s:D --><img src= " title="Very Happy" />:D --> I suppose I should scan the Abecedarian and post it. It's way cool. I'll try to get to that this weekend.

She has to be able to access all available evidence that supports her allegation of a fraud...

Indeed. Indeed she does.

So tell us, oh wise DUI clownselor: What evidence does she have available as of now, that supports allegations of either Social Security fraud, or Certificate fraud? Even without access to the vault?

That's right. Bupkis.

And that's all that will ever be available to her.

[-( Bupkis. [-(

Kinda makes one wonder how anyone got the notion there was fraud going on the first place. :-k :-

I mean, taken to an extreme..."My neighbor hacked my computer and downloaded files! I have no evidence of this. Therefore, you must give me full access to their computer, bank statements, tax returns, safe deposit boxes, and anything else I might think I want so I can see whether my allegation is true.""The government stole gold from me! No, there were no men that came and did it. I just had gold and now it's gone. The court must now grant me full access to Fort Knox and audit records for the last 100 years so I can see whether they melted my ring down into one of their gold bars. And records aren't good enough, they have to let me in so I can personally count and weigh every bar.""A fashion model demanded sex from me at gunpoint! Sure maybe they were in a different country at the time, but the court must immediately force them to fly here, strip naked for me, and have sex with me to see whether or not it's the person I think did it."Just because she doesn't WANT to believe the certificate is real doesn't mean she gets to go digging. I realize in her mind her "totality" means it's a 100% FORGERY, but in the Real World scanner salesmen and copy experts don't convince a court that documents that come with a state seal and certification are false - she has to come up with actual evidence that the information itself is wrong by getting near-proof of something ELSE, and THEN maybe she'll get the interest of a court. Even then it's unlikely, but without it, she's sunk.

I'm trying to imagine what life would be like if states did not produce certificates and instead had to bring out the original registration and show it to other officials every time someone needed to present their birth information. Or if those officials had to go to the vaults around the country inspecting the originals in situ since the states don't 'produce anything.' Even stranger is the notion that every voter can go examine the 'original birth certificates' in the vaults and also see the roll of microfilm if there was one made.According to O'rly, all those certificates and verifications count for nothing no matter who validates or certifies them.

Or if any organization to which they took their own refused and said they needed the absolute, one-of-a-kind original. There's a reason certified copies exist and count as an original in proceedings, to protect the records. But consider a senario...birthers liked to make the ridiculous claim that Little League wouldn't accept the original COLB because it doesn't list a hospital, before they seemingly forgot the COLB even existed. Ignoring the fact that that is bupkus, imagine the scenario:"Hi, I'd like to sign my kid up for Little League. Here's the form filled out, a check for the fees, and birth certificate for age verification.""Sorry, sir, but this certificate isn't worth the paper it's printed on.""Wha? I ordered this from the state, they sent it to me, see, it has a seal on it.""Sorry, we're going to have to be let into your state's vault to see the original. How do we know the stuff on this certificate is really what's on your child's original document?""But, of course it is. It's got a signature, security paper, raised seal.""Sorry, it's Little League policy. We have to see the absolute original, with the ink still on it. We have to do forensic verification and everything, using Little League experts. A letter from your state verifying the data, also signed and with a seal, will not be sufficient. And if your state no longer has originals because they've moved to electronic databases? Too bad, your kid can NEVER PLAY BASEBALL.""Eesh, I don't think the state does that, but I'll see. Anything else?""Yeah, about your kid's Social Security application..."

I dunno orly - where the microfilm?

She is such an idiot, which falls below moron on the intelligence scale. The original birth certificate is in the vault that she will never get to access. And what is microfilm other than a copy? It is no closer to the original than a scan done on one of today's fancy scanners. Of course, you cannot open it up in Adobe software products to look for layers. The State of Hawaii has far more credibility than Orly Ignoramus Taitz, failed Senatorial candidate (among other failures). For birthers to be correct, so many people would have had to have been complicit in the coverup. If Watergate (and every other genuine conspiracy) has taught us anything it is that someone always squeals. And if Obama were born in Kenya, where bribery is more common than mosquitoes and poverty is rampant, someone there would be trying to make some serious money off that information. I am sure the Koch brothers would fork over one of their billions if some Kenyan official or Obama relative had any evidence that he had been born there.

Forget the Koch brothers - Hillary Clinton would have forked over the dough. And barring that, the RNC would have for John McCain. If it didn't happen 4 years ago, it's not gonna happen now.
