I didn't see this in the thread (but didn't read all pages carefully). It seems he had all kinds of frivolous cases against Clinton in the 90s.. seems to be a pattern...

Particularly with subject matter like this, it is vital never to use simply a name as an identifier. Even if a name is truly unusual, name collisions are very common. I have lost count over the years of the times I've run into some truly strange name then found there are 20 or more people named that. My own name is not unusual and I was once arrested as being someone of the same name. Only upon encountering a police officer at the police station who had been a family friend for 20 years and asking him "please tell these idiots who I am" was I released.

She probably thinks Mr. Rogers used to sing about knowing when to hold 'em, knowing when to fold 'em, while folding(!) up his cardigan and getting ready to talk to the puppets.

IIRC, she can only be deported (assuming she really does have naturalization papers somewhere lost in her mansion) if it can be shown that she committed fraud or forgery or perjury in her application process and thus invalidating the documents. Perhaps she is afraid of being discovered. That could explain her obsession with BC's, SS#'s and fraud and forgery.

I thought it was interesting that in the latest LaFrance produced video, she answered that she was born in the Soviet Union but did not mention SSR she was born in. Later when LaFrance mentioned it was Russia, she did not correct him. Of course, she may have given up on Americans knowing the difference, but I think most immigrants like to point out the difference. The Ukrainians I know would never ever let anyone get away with confusing them with Russians. Certainly not the Azerbajanis.

For hating America, I am afraid the only solution is to convict her of treason and send her into exile.

Agreed, it did seem better to have separate letters. So, i fired off email to Mr. Johnson (who is a good guy by the way) as well, expressly similar sentiments. Be interesting if anything comes of it.

By the way, South Carolina and their Supreme Court are VERY proprietary when it comes to out of state atty's doing anything there. So, she could be in for a rude awakening if she makes a similar move in the southern version of the Carolinas.

All sounds very "Liberal" but a clicking around the site I came to a "press release" that included mention of the challenge , lots of birther and lots of other cut and paste. Googling the website address turned up 172 results most which didn't seem be linked to the main site. they included a variety of birther, anti-Obama, anti-Biden, anti-vaccine, anti-war and goodness knows what other stuff. One interesting result was a profile of "Danny" written as if for a dating site. If this Danny Vestal is the convicted rapist then it makes very odd and disturbing reading.

I think she is Orthodox, no? That explains her unfortunate explanations of Jewish culture, as her POV is held by a small -- and mostly intolerant -- minority, less than 5 percent. My mom used to tell me that Jews have as much right to count among ourselves fools, thieves and idiots, as any group, without it tarnishing us all. Nonetheless, I rejoice that she is so stupid as to embrace the cause of a Jew-hater!

The only evidence that I have seen that Orly Taitz is a practicing Jew is that she sent her boys to Tarbut v'Torah Day School and then nearly destroyed that school and its community with (what might be) the first of her screaming fits.

The fact that she came here from Israel proves nothing about whether she is a practicing Jew or not. Nor does the fact that she had or has some association with Avigdor Lieberman and his Yisrael Beiteinu political party. I see nothing in the party's platform and little in its behavior that I would not expect to find in a racist, xenophobic political party of, say, the Hindu religion. Trying to strengthen the Chief Rabbinate and restrict the Law of Return were not religious acts; they were political acts designed to keep out people that Lieberman deems unworthy, including people who had converted to Judaism.
