OK, how about this? El Capitan and Wagner colluded 30 years ago. Wagoner said give me this and when I'm old and gray you can have a book.

The thing is, the statute of limitations is up for everything except murder 1 right. What if there's evidence to charge him with murder? He'd have had to make the deal as you can write the book when I'm dead.

I saw that the sheriff's dept. say Wagner is not a suspect. (I bet they wouldn't say he isn't a 'person of interest' though.)

There was also a screw up by AP in reporting a story. Somebody was impersonating Walken in a bit on the radio, and AP reported what was said as if it was true. Idunno, I didn't hear it. I saw mediaite covered the screw up, but i didn't go to the link.

I loved Robert Wagner when he did "It Takes a Thief" tv series. Then he did the hart-to-hart thing. And I think he had a recurring role on 2-1/2 men. But, I've only seen a dozen or so of those shows. And he was in two of them.

When Natalie Wood died and the story came out, I immediately thought Wagner was involved more than was being reported.

Today, I still think so. But I don't think it was intentional. I still think he's guilty though.

Well, I don't have to worry about being called to jury duty for this one.

A terminal illness? Alzheimers? "sorry sheriff, he doesn't remember a thing."
