There is nothing to keep the Government attorneys from opposing this, pointing out the lies have been removed, and that this one is as wacky as the other one. And there is nothing keeping the Government attorneys from attaching copies of whatever they want.

Problem is, as bob points out, this one has also been electronically misfiled. Taitz cleaned up her lies but didn't figure out how to file this POS.

It is essentially the same writ petition. It'll be bounced by the clerk for the same reason: Taitz needs to file a motion under the pending case number, or file a petition and get a new case number (and pay the filing fee).

So this time, Ms. Fuddy is recast as a “third-party witness” in this appeal? Uh huh. Riight. And the 9th Circuit obviously has personal jurisdiction (without the benefit of notice) because Hawaii is in the 9th Circuit?

But more to the point, her Orlyship brilliantly cites Hawaiian administrative procedural law (binding, no doubt, on the Circuit Court of Appeals) to make sure that Fuddy can’t slip out the back door. I believe that's new stuff in this new double-moot version of her filing and, boy, ain't that gonna be hard for DeJute and West to counter! The logic is stunning:

I can't wait to see how deJute and West respond to this one... and I expect it will be done quickly.

No one's fault but your own. You wanted to be Queen of the Birthers/Lady Liberty and you're and attention whore who runs around wasting time filing frivolous BS lawsuits and flying hither and yon for no real purpose except publicity... so own it... quit yer bitchin'.

The pleading you "stayed up all night" to copy and paste into a new Mandemus is a prime example. All you had to do was re-file and choose the correct event on ECF. The ONLY reason you wrote a new petition (or whatever TF it is) is because you were called out on the lies you told to several courts and you think by filing a new document no one (especially the 9th Circuit) will notice.

Falsehoods unchallenged only fester and grow.
