Neon is Jimbot????

I read the post on Ed's forum where he pleaded for you to call him
Yep, that's me. On my first call-in to Plains Radio last spring, Ed would not let me use "neon" as a name, so I went with "Jim"-- which he later expanded to "Jim the Obot".
It's been an amusing year. Ed jumps to conclusions. Over all the months, I went from being an Obama supporter, to a "high-level campaign operative". I never claimed such, but never denied it either. I let Ed run with whatever he imagined.
A few months ago, Ed asked and I agreed to come on his show and he then promoted it to his listeners that Obama might come on the air with me too.
In our Wednesday call, when I told him I believed Berg was a racist and a bigot who would never work for Obama, he said "but then why did you tell me he worked for Obama". I said, "Ed, we were in a campaign battle. Misdirection/misinformation." Ed was like, "No, you worked for the Obama campaign. You knew things. You told me things that turned out to be true! Remember when I called you that one time with a rumor I had heard and you told me you would make a call and get back to me? And then you called me back and told me the Obama lawyers said it wasn't true. The API thing. You earned your credibility!"
I said, "Yes, Ed. But I never told you who I called, or if I called anyone at all. Perhaps I just ate lunch and then called you back? "
Ed, said "But you were right! You couldn't know that unless you were working for Obama."
I told him, "Yes, I DID 'work for Obama'. I knocked on so many doors I can't even remember. And all the phone banking must have been 1,000s of minutes. "

He's been so fun to mess with.
