And speaking of ordering more popcorn...

Breaking!!

"Word on the street" from a covert Obot operative in MS, is that not only will Orly not face an empty chair at the hearing held April 16, 2012 in Jackson, but that the Democratic Party of MS is bringing in outside co-counsel, one who is apparently intimately familiar with La Taitz and her "legal" birfer history.

Just a rumor, mind you, but if true...

Why bother? It's going to be dismissed on the procedural issues. Seems like a waste of resources to me.

Do ya suppose Judge Coleman has ever had the chance to read through the transcripts and decisions in Rhodes v. MacDonald , and if Coleman has ever read about how OT has bad mouthed Judge Land and repeatedly asked her FMs to stalk Land and his family ?

That would bring into perspective Orly's criticism of Judge Land, and give Coleman a glimpse into how Orly and deranged FMs will treat him in the future.

One of my favorite lines from courtroom dramas is when the jury foreman in The Verdict asks the judge, "..are we limited in the amount of damages we can award.....?" It would be wonderful if Begley et al. lay into OT's misconduct and make a strong case for Judge Coleman to break the state record for monetary sanctions.

She might play the DVD. :-bd

To save time, they should just watch the highlights, then skip to the end to read Malihi's damning description that Orly's case is crap, and he rules for the Empty Chair !She left that tidbit out of the Exhibits she sent to MS. Isn't that another violation of "candor" ?

While that is most likely (and sadly) true it appears to me, assuming the rumor to be true, which we don't yet know, that the MS Democratic Party is at least preparing for the opportunity, if it presents, of being able to hold Orly's feet to the fire in court in MS. :-k At least that's how I see it.
