Is there a secret forum on Fogbow?

Only Rhoda Galaxy and I can see it. Nobody else, not even my moderators, can see that forum.
The permission isn't just "read only". The permission set for ALL usergroups except admins is "No access."
I use it as a "holding tank," in case I decide to zap a post, but have some nagging doubt whether the post should really be zapped. One time I zapped a post and later regretted it. Now if I have any nagging doubts, I can move a post so nobody but Rhoda and me can see it, and then I can move it back if I change my mind. That's the ONLY purpose of "Foggy's Forum".

So the bottom line is, there is no secret usergroup on Fogbow, there is no secret forum that anyone but me and Rhoda can use, and there is no secret club here of any sort.

Unless I form a small group for a specific purpose, there never will be a secret club here on Fogbow.

There simply is no possible way for me to make some threads available to "trusted" members, and unavailable to everyone else.

If I tried to create a secret usergroup and invite everyone I trust, I'd screw up and miss somebody who's trustworthy. We have plenty of unproductive squabbles over silly shit as it is. I'm not going to tolerate a debate about who is, and who is not, trustworthy enough to be in a secret club.

If I created a secret forum and allowed all registered members to see it (but kept out unregistered lurkers), birthers would see it. I hope y'all are fully aware that we have plenty of birthers who are registered members and who lurk on the board, reading but not participating.

There isn't a solution for the problem described in listeme's thread. Secret groups or secret forums won't work. End. Of. Story.

It's almost all better. Infection is way down. Scar tissue forming. Hurts a little to eat. Still can't yawn without agony.
