Hey kidz! I know times are tough out there, so I reflected on this before posting and decided to be annoying and do it anyway.

I personally find this the most entertaining web site on the intertubes. But, it costs money to keep it going. Not only does Foogie shell out money every month for this excellent web hosting (remember how slow and frustrating PJ was at times?), but, as you know, we are usually the first to know about docket entries, the first to obtain the hilarious transcripts, etc. The expense is far greater than you may think. Did you know that PACER charges just to check docket activity? If there is something of interest, we pay for that by the page! When you consider the length of some of the comedic pleadings, it's pretty clear that gets expensive. And, of course, those transcripts! They also are very expensive. A 50 page transcript could (and often does) run in the $150-$200 range!

I'm posting this because I know Foogie is reluctant to hound y'all for money. But, if you can, please dig down a little deeper and throw some love to the Fogbow, either through Paypal or other arrangement (PM Foogie for details). I really think this is the best entertainment deal going these days, so, if you can, please remember to keep donating to keep the unsurpassed level of service we have going here!
