In order to make the white house or campaign radar as a threat it must be possible for a rational human being to see you as a possible threat. At a minimum, that's going to require some sort of display of marginal competence. Donald clearly has that. While the recent underwear/swamp cooler shenanigans argue against it, Corsi's Kerry-era antics get him a place on the list.

Orly? Not so much. She's a sideshow geek that needs four or five tries to get the head off a decrepit chicken.

And isn't publishing a pack of lies about Obama and his dead relatives a personal attack? Or is that just searching for the truth?

But to even see the list, they must be "spying" as well, right? And what about all his "exposes" of Fogbow? It is clear he is "spying" -- but of course, they will always say one thing and do the exact opposite (as can be seen in their suit against Esquire while decrying loss of freedom of speech)
