Maybe, if this utter failure occurs as it seems to be occurring, Yosi will finally recognize that Orly is a hazard to his family's financial health when she play-acts attorney. This is real money, perhaps even to a multimillionaire.

All that she had to do was obey orders and abide by the rules. Orly never obeys orders and has no idea what the rules are.

Of course, as her "legal career" comes to a screeching halt, she will continue to file suits against President Obama and everyone else on her radar screen, maybe with even more leeway given to her because she will no longer be a licensed attorney but instead be an unlearned, unaided pro se litigant.

If Taitz is disbarred, she will always carry that sobriquet. Every time every defendant she will have sued can mention it, he or she will. And judges respond to disbarred lawyers less favorably than they do to any other class of litigants.

We can only wait and hope. I find it very odd that even the state of Texas has a bar that is capable of acting to disbar an attorney like Charles Linck for what, to me, seem to be infractions that do not rise to the level of the repeated abuses of the legal system that we have seen with Taitz -- and that Judge Land so clearly articulated. It is especially odd because California has some of the finest lawyers in the nation.

IIRC, one of the defendants had filed bankruptcy yet Taitz proceeded against him in violation of the bankruptcy stay even after being cautioned by the judge. As a result, I don't know that this proposed judgment will ever be entered.

BTW, Dr. Orly Taitz Esq. continues to show her respect for the judiciary in completing this form and identifying the judicial officer simply as "Sheila Fell". Judge Fell has earned her title and it is proper to refer to her as "Hon. Sheila Fell" or "Judge Sheila Fell".

Looks like she submitted on the 11th and it was rejected and she fixed it on the 20th and it was issued.

No, an abstract of judgment is something based upon a judgment that gets filed in real property records. It creates a lien on the real property you file it against. Odds that Orly does that properly? Actually, the last time we saw an abstract of judgment was when the ebil gubmint requested one on Judge Land's sanction order. They were getting ready to file it as a lien against Yosi and Orly's house, remember? She didn't know what it was, and then shit a brick and finally paid the damned $20K toute de suite.

Apparently, this defendant is also alleging the default judgment was procured by fraud and the affidavit of notice suspiciously does not provide an address at which service was made. Orly? Fraud? Tell me it ain't so.

Fraud perpetrated by Typhoid Orly? Dr. Pierson and his lawyer think it's so. Suspiciously, Dr. Pierson was supposedly served on April 28, 2010, the very date when the complaint was filed and the summons issued. Unfortunately, the second page of the proof of service is missing so we can't see who the alleged process server was. Page 1, however, appears to be filled out in Taitz's handwriting.

While Dr. Pierson's attorney's papers are not very good (and Dr. Pierson and his attorney apparently violated HIPAA by disclosing the names of Dr. Pierson's patients in the papers supporting the motion), I believe that Dr. Pierson will prevail and that Taitz's default judgment against him will be vacated. If Taitz can properly serve Dr. Pierson there will be another trial where I expect Dr. Pierson won't roll over but will fight Taitz. And probably win.

Falsehoods unchallenged only fester and grow.
