So Farah's attorney Larry Klayman has a proposal.

Assault on Washington - Call for Civil Disobedience to Remote Democrat and Republican Leaders

"Today, Larry Klayman, the founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, called for a peaceful "Assault on Washington," to make it known to our nation's politicians and so called leaders that their days are over and that they should resign or face other strong peaceful action by "We the People." These "leaders" include but are not limited to President Barack Obama, his Treasury Secretary Timothy Geitner, Speaker of the House John Boehner, Majority Leader Eric Canter, Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell."

But it's a "peaceful" assault. Kinda like saying "excuse me" before kicking someone in the groin.

Quote:
""All political persuasions must now unite for the good of nation, go to Washington and, Ghandi style, use 'civil disobedience' to have them removed. They cannot be removed through impeachment, since the establishment, right, left and center, will protect itself."

O RLY??

Quote:
"Short of violent revolt, which I do not advocate"

Sure you don't.

Quote:
"I welcome the participation of all persons and groups who peacefully want to now rid our nation of the Democrat and Republican self serving political leaders who are in the process of destroying our nation, before it is too late."

And I rather suspect he'll turn a blind eye to those calling for less than peaceful solutions......

Will this shindig be before, during or after the Birfer Summit?

And another thing...

I am getting soooooo sick of hearing and reading "We the People". I'm quite serious when I say that if I hear it in public and it looks like it's coming from a birfer or 'bagger, I will go full-on apeshit on that person.

/rant

Edit: Edited to include: It will be made much worse if I have couple of beers in me.

Well, I've seen a lot of right wing wailing and whining and gnashing of teeth at the progressive / liberal "Day of Rage" planned for the 17th.

Klayman's "assault"?? Not so much.

The "Assault on Washington" to remove Democratic and Republican leaders, described by Greg Goss as "the only practical option," has been postponed to November, details to follow.

"Days of Rage" has demonstrations planned for Portland, Los Angeles, Seattle, San Francisco, Austin, and other cities, as well as Wall Street and other spots in Lower Manhattan. The reich wing is warning of "serious chaos".

"Days of Rage" has adopted a theme song:

Will TFB have two intrepid reporters on the scene? I hope so. I also hope they are far enough away from the huge crowd so they are not included in the over count.

ME Too! Anyone remember the old Star Trek episode where the Enterprise happened upon a colony of uncivilized people who kept saying “We Plab Nesta”, cuz they couldn’t really read the actual words “We The People”?

Every time I see these nutters write it my brain keeps hearing them say “We Plab Nesta” too!

The organizers of "Day of Rage" are planning a months-long "occupation" of the sidewalks of Wall Street. The hope is that this will be America's Tahrir Square moment. The NYPD is supposedly expecting a crowd of about 5,000. Anonymous plans to roll out a major new hacking machine designed to cripple Web sites. Anonymous's Occupation Of Wall Street Begins At Noon

Live stream of this "occupation of Wall Street" is at http://www.livestream.com/globalrevolution. Supposedly, Wall Street itself has been closed off to protesters.

Among the targets of the protesters is the Citizens United decision. The motto is one person/one dollar/one vote.

It does not look like 5,000 progressives and liberals have shown up. However, the protesters include conspiracy theorists -- it is all about the Rothschilds. Ron Paul supporters are also there.

Canada Free Press...

Quote:
“Day of Rage” Obama re-election team in disguise?

- Judi McLeod Friday, September 16, 2011

Tomorrow’s “Day of Rage” in cities across the United States is doomed for certain failure because “Day of Rage” won’t resonate with average people.

“Bring your own tent!” is the message sent out to protesters on the social networks. Recession-bound people, some of whom are trying to move their families in with relatives, live in cars and sleep on park benches, not tents.

The poor forced to take to tents are not paid the least bit of attention by George Soros, and no one pays them to shout lofty chants like “Eat the Rich!” while standing around on Manhattan sidewalks.

Unlike protesters who call activists to action and take pictures with their cell phones, the genuinely poor had their cell phones shut off by not being able to pay the bills and their rusted out vehicles repo’ed. Trying to survive does not give them the luxury of covering their faces and going out on the Protest de Jour.

"We The People" had a purge the other night (Wednesday?) and most, if not all, of the active Obots were baned. There are a few stealth Obots there who report the greatest hits at FB's Orly's World page.

And there is a kinder and gentler We the People FB page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/We-the-People/134826593283354?sk=wall&filter=1

You are referring to the episode, "The Omega Glory," depicting the war between the Yangs and the Kohms.

And there are things called "reruns" and "The Internet." ;)
