Dr. Conspiracy sued

It was quite a shock to open the obamaconspiracy mailbag just now to find this disturbing statement:

This is to notify you that you have been sued.

I’ve been sued in the US District Court in Minnesota by Susan Herbert. You can read the complaint (case number 0:2011cv01869) here.

You should not sit there smugly and say: “Poor Dr. Conspiracy. I hope it turns out all right for him.” You shouldn’t be smug because you have been sued too! She has pretty much sued the whole bleepin’ world. It was just me and a few others that got the email.

Rocky and Bullwinkle”, fictional residents of fictional Frostbite Falls, MN who ask the federal question “Whatsamotta U?” and who wage a war against factual communism as personified by Boris and Natasha are already named in the federal record as it, the cartoon, is a creation that is uniquely American which is of relevance in a case regarding foreignization, who is or is not natural born and original, uniquely American intellectual property belonging to the class and to Thomas Jefferson and then all of the other American founders.

It is hard for me to mock Ms. Herbert too much. If you research her history you will find that she is actually quite mentally ill. Not in the sense that Orly is off her rocker, but suffering from real mental illness.

Someone should file for Rule 5150 sanctions.

What do courts do with this kind of stuff? I can't imagine that they can do anything to dissuade a person inclined to pursue things this crazy, but do courts actually have to adjudicate something this nutty?

O'rly's court declarations aside, I wouldn't be surprised if O'rly isn't mentally ill as well. Perhaps not to the extent as Ms. Herbert, but O'rly certainly isn't normal.

FWIW if O'rly had watched Rocky and Bullwinkle in her youth, she would probably be a bit more normal herself.

The case was returned or held for ten days upon receipt of the form and then filed. Once it was legal to ask us for a form; now it is not.
The DC employee told me that she checked and…no case could be found. She erroneously told me that “you can’t represent another person” in violation of US law and case law and that was after she asked me WHY Thomas Jefferson was not counsel and I had to tell her: “Because: He’s dead.” Prior to this exchange I told her THE Thomas Jefferson not any old Jefferson; not once has anybody asked me why Jefferson’s corpse was not appearing in person and even SCOTUS filed a Petition captioned “In Re Thomas Jefferson”. This is yet “more proof” of delusion and foreignization.

So much in common with the Obly ... including problems with Court Clerks !

You don't really have to drive through Wisconsin. You can take Lake Superior and then Lake Michigan and end up right there in good ol' Illinios. You can cut through Iowa too. Do these options count?

Someone desperately needs to get Padawan Paul Guthrie and Susan Herbert together in the same room. Like yesterday if not sooner. Come on, I'll even chip in for bus fare. They NEED to meet up!!!
