Dr. Conspiracy sued
By Dr. Conspiracy on July 26, 2011 in Lawsuits

It was quite a shock to open the obamaconspiracy mailbag just now to find this disturbing statement:

This is to notify you that you have been sued.

I’ve been sued in the US District Court in Minnesota by Susan Herbert. You can read the complaint (case number 0:2011cv01869) here.

You should not sit there smugly and say: “Poor Dr. Conspiracy. I hope it turns out all right for him.” You shouldn’t be smug because you have been sued too! She has pretty much sued the whole bleepin’ world. It was just me and a few others that got the email.

link to the complaint at scribd:

ETA:
ok, she doesn't actually say Doc, but she does mention Danny Bickle. :P

Oh ho -- she's going to save the day and foreclose on the US before other nations can after the US defaults on its debts.

I wonder if Al Franken knows he's a plaintiff in this?

Ah, yes, Susan Herbert, who in arguing that Minnesota is the proper venue for suing the entire Earth points out that she has more than the "minimum contacts" she believes are necessary for jurisdiction. Here's an example:

Quote:
Rocky and Bullwinkle”, fictional residents of fictional Frostbite Falls, MN who ask the federal question “Whatsamotta U?” and who wage a war against factual communism as personified by Boris and Natasha are already named in the federal record as it, the cartoon, is a creation that is uniquely American which is of relevance in a case regarding foreignization, who is or is not natural born and original, uniquely American intellectual property belonging to the class and to Thomas Jefferson and then all of the other American founders.

It is hard for me to mock Ms. Herbert too much. If you research her history you will find that she is actually quite mentally ill. Not in the sense that Orly is off her rocker, but suffering from real mental illness.

yeah... i know.

Actually, I hope Secret Service is keeping an eye on her. If you just skip ahead to different parts of that thing, some of it might make you nervous. It does me.

It's a 311-page word salad making not one bit of sense. It's much like the complaint generator x 1000.

O'rly's court declarations aside, I wouldn't be surprised if O'rly isn't mentally ill as well. Perhaps not to the extent as Ms. Herbert, but O'rly certainly isn't normal.

FWIW if O'rly had watched Rocky and Bullwinkle in her youth, she would probably be a bit more normal herself.

Someone should file for Rule 5150 sanctions.

What do courts do with this kind of stuff? I can't imagine that they can do anything to dissuade a person inclined to pursue things this crazy, but do courts actually have to adjudicate something this nutty?

There's a variety of prescreening methods a court can use. Filing fee/in forma pauperis? Proper service? And a court can always rule the complaint isn't a short and plain statement demonstrating a claim upon relief could be granted.

And a notation is made on the vexatious-ligitigant list....

I think Orly only has a personality disorder, but Herbert seems to be suffering from some sort of thought disorder, judging by her complaint.

Did anyone else notice that Charles Rangel is listed as one of the plaintiffs? I'm sure he's gonna be thrilled to find out that he's suing Obama in a birther case.

Keeps me wondering if this lady is among the bazillion of unidentifiable CIA agents that have told Corsi their hidden secrets ?

Me: "And Minnesota is next door to Illinois, which is where . . ."

Her: Minnesota is not next door to Illinois.

Me: Susan Herbert says it is, and she must be right.

Her: Then why do we have to drive through Wisconsin every time we go there?

Me: Your fear conditioning prevents you from knowing the correct route.

Her: . . . .

So much in common with the Obly ... including problems with Court Clerks !

Quote:
The case was returned or held for ten days upon receipt of the form and then filed. Once it was legal to ask us for a form; now it is not.
The DC employee told me that she checked and…no case could be found. She erroneously told me that “you can’t represent another person” in violation of US law and case law and that was after she asked me WHY Thomas Jefferson was not counsel and I had to tell her: “Because: He’s dead.” Prior to this exchange I told her THE Thomas Jefferson not any old Jefferson; not once has anybody asked me why Jefferson’s corpse was not appearing in person and even SCOTUS filed a Petition captioned “In Re Thomas Jefferson”. This is yet “more proof” of delusion and foreignization.

Yeah, the court clerk having some questions about Jefferson's role is proof of the court's delusion...

You don't really have to drive through Wisconsin. You can take Lake Superior and then Lake Michigan and end up right there in good ol' Illinios. You can cut through Iowa too. Do these options count? :-?

Susan filed something. Or not? It's really hard to tell. She "went for the monkeys". :-?

I think the next one is the same.

You may recall that Carl Swensson was mentioned in the last one.

viewtopic.php?f=25&t=3044&p=270872&hilit=+susan+herbert+#p270892

But I searched the new document for 'swensson', and came up empty.

Not only has Herbert admitted herself to the bar and assumed, as a matter of right, the offices of President and Commander in Chief (who knew?), but she's obviously due billions and billions in damages.

Aside from those rather mundane "proofs", she repeatedly categorizes Mr. Obama and his cohorts as monkeys. Ya just gotta love spunk like that, don't ya? ](*,)

Someone desperately needs to get Padawan Paul Guthrie and Susan Herbert together in the same room. Like yesterday if not sooner. Come on, I'll even chip in for bus fare. They NEED to meet up!!!

Agreed.

But it does pose a question. If a child should result from this union, what is the citizenship?

No, the prior question is: what is its species?
