Lucien Freud died this week as well. I liked some of his work but could do without all the close-up naked splotchy fat people.

Retired Army Gen. John Shalikashvili, a former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff during the 1990s, has died at 75, The Washington Post has confirmed. He succeeded Colin Powell as chairman under President Bill Clinton, serving from 1993 to 1997.

It's too bad. She had a lot of talent. Unfortunately, you could see this coming a mile away.

You could really use a picture of her early in her career and before she died as something even scarier than a Faces of Meth poster. She was young and pretty not too long ago, and even a bit voluptuous. It didn't take her at all long to look like Keith Richards in drag.

RIP.

Note, she joins Jim and Jimi and Janis and (Robert) Johnson in the Forever 27 Club.

Falsehoods unchallenged only fester and grow.
