In late January and early February, Orly posted the picture, state bar record and other information about another Fogbower and called on the minions to assemble a "comprehensive complaint" to the bar about the "harassment" she allegedly endured. The Fogbower responded to her post, asking for details of the alleged harassment. Her response was something along the lines of "wouldn't you like to know".

Not surprising, I got a threat from one of her cavity creeps to report me to the Washington State Bar and that my license to practice law would be suspended as a result.

I replied that since I'm not an attorney and don't practice law, Washington State Bar was more likely to go "who??" than anything else.

Rather than try to reinvent the wheel here, I would suggest that you go to Dr. Orly's website and review the short past. It is indeed a good reason for Orly to be excited.

In short (and again, I suggest you read the legal filings and complaints at Dr. Orly's site, in full) during the recent Hornbeck v. Salazar oral arguments, All Attorneys and "Visitors" were require to "sign-in" on the list sheet. After the Oral Arguments, Dr. Orly requested a copy of the sign-in sheet. Simple request isn't it? Not so fast....

Dr. Orly received only a "partial" of the sign-in sheet of "those present". Therefore, Dr. Orly filed a motion to Judge Wilkenson and Feldman, requesting the "missing list" of visitors, not given to her. The Judge (Wilkenson) took Dr. Orly's filing as a motion, and therefor he listed it as such. But Prior to Judge Wilkenson declaring it a motion, he stated that their was a private communication (phone call to one of his Staff members)demanding their "name" not be shown on the "Records".?

How interesting such a private phone call request be made to a Judges Staff? Nevertheless, Judge Wilkenson allowed it to play out as a "Motion", and allowed the "Complaint", (made in, and not deny) so long as a formal complaint to deny access of the full list (the person wishing to hide their name off the list), wishes to make a formal objection to Dr. Orly request to "who is present in this court".

That Objection, given such time by the court, knowingly personally contacted his office Staff, but given the Date to formally Object to Dr. Orly receiving their name on the List present, never objected (and could not)to their name being EXPOSED.....

And who was it that signed the list, and made a personal phone call to the Judges Staff demanding their name not be present? None other than Mitzi Lynn Torri, an Attorney for the IRS, (barred in one State ) and a Federal Government Employee, showing up to "Oral Arguments" in court, from another State , for Obama as a supporter...

Attorney Mitzi Lynn Torri, IRS Attorney, using the alleged alias of "Butterfly Bieldeburg" on Fogbow website, is NOW EXPOSED.....

Reason contacting the Judges Staff and not wishing to be exposed?
