1 - Not much. Notice of Entry of Judgment starts the appeal clock. Judgment must be entered before it can be enforced. But...
2 - No, she won't lose her $$ if she is late or doesn't use a specific formulation. Yes, the court might return her draft to her if it doesn't conform to the order. Also, there is another person who is supposed to see it and have an opportunity to comment on it before it is sent to the court. I'm not saying who, but their name should appear on a document filed with the court when the proposed judgment is submitted.

What does this mean?

It means Taitz failed to prepare and lodge the judgment with the court as she was ordered to do, and that if she doesn't the court will dismiss the case.

Merely par for a terribly, terribly bad attorney.

You would think that someone who regularly begs for a few dollars on her website would prepare the judgment that might lead to thousands.

IMO many people lose out on their entitlements because they are just not gifted enough to know how to follow through on collecting. In O'rly's case it is mere stupidity.

But you are forgetting that this is a fromal proposed judgement. They have different rules in Orlylaw. Fromal judgements can be anything that Orly wants them to be.

Whaddya want to bet that Orly files a 22-page opposition to the OSC blaming the Usurper and does not serve a proposed judgment on anyone before the OSC hearing?

It basically means to me that Orly didn't do what she was told in the only case where she ever "won" anything (yeah, get blood out of a turnip - I know, but she still won despite herself. I knew Orly could seize defeat from the jaws of victory. She has a hearing in 14 days...she spent too much time fluttering around the country spending someone else's frequent flyer miles.

I think Taitz should immediately appeal the OSC. She's had some bad experiences with OSCs in the trial courts in the past, so she needs to take this one up.

All she needs to do is be polite. Just say "I'm sorry your honor. Please do not sanction me." Sign it /s/, date it, and include your bar number. It's a simple as that, O'rly. You need not mention anythng else.

Taitz NEVER apologizes. She's done nothing wrong. She's the victim. She needs to file a petition for writ of excrutiatim or appeal instanter.
