My initial discovery was by pure accident as I was “Skip Tracing a debtor who just happened to live in Chicago. I could not get a current phone number and address for this individual so I began to back-track her addresses and low-and-behold, Barack Obama’s name showed up as neighbor to this individual back in the 90’s.

When I clicked on his name and the address of 5046 S Greenwood Ave., Chicago, IL 60615, this is what I pulled. All the information is factual as I have had this information verified by a second individual who has been a PI for 20 years and I also did reverse searches with my specialized software and database searches.

My bet is that Orly will be filing more supplemental "papers" with the 9th Circuit tomorrow to include this latest discovery.

No doubt she will also conclude over the weekend that she MUST file a third amended/additional/supplemental complaint in Taitz v. Astrue. This new "evidence" is so damaging that Judge Lamberth will grant Orly's default judgment pronto!

It'a deja vu all over again. When I first became aware of Orly Taitz it was in connection with her "dossier" of 39 social security numbers attributed to Obama. I asked myself: "Why?" If you were constructing an elaborate conspiracy to place a Kenyan born Communist in the White House, why would you allow 39 numbers? Why would you use "Harrison J. Bounel"? Why would you use the middle name Hussein? Wouldn't you fabricate the most innocuous, middle-American persona possible?

It just doesn't make sense.

For the non-lawyers I'll let you in on a trade secret. When a person or married couple forms a family trust for estate planning purposes, the trust has the SSN of the person/spouse even though the trust assets are held in the name of the trustee. That is because the grantor remains liable for the taxes. Upon death of the grantor(s), when the trust assets are held for the children, the trust is issued a new TIN.

Might it be possible to get a brief idea of what that means in IANAL-speak? I tried looking it up, but got confuzled. Might have something to do with not realizing until the game servers had to come down for an update that I'd been playing for about 14 hours straight. Ugh! Frain SO bried!!
