I just talked to observers from New Orleans. they confirmed that it was indeed Mitzi Lynn Craig Torri, who was at the hearing. She introduced herself as an employee of the department of treasury. Why is an employee of the department of treasury, not doing her job at the department of treasury, but rather hanging out at my hearings and later posting nasty remarks?

I remember, that after I incorporated my foundation in Ca as a not for profit, I applied for the 501C3 with the IRS. I was given a run around and the most unreasonable request: I was told to submit all of the paperwork from my law suits. Clearly I could not submit thousands of pages and I knew that it was just a game. I wonder, if it was Mitzi Torri’s hand, as an employee of the IRS. Just like Scott Tepper, who I believe might be posting as “sterngard friegen” to write to CA state bar, to try to attack my license. I am wondering if Tepper is paid.

Could Orly's ramping up the paranoia of late be an indication that the CA Bar is planning action against her? IANAL and I certainly don't have any inside information, but I know psychopathology when I see it and her paranoia is definitely increasing. Combine her current FB tirade with her more-bizarre-than-usual paranoia-filled submission to the LA court last week. Plus, she has rearranged the material on her web site so that there is story after story after story about her media appearances--going back to April--on the first page (slog past the pathetic Terry Lakin BS)--lots of narcissistic, self-congratulatory gibberish going back to the heyday of the birther movement, pre-LFBC.

I think something is going to hit the fan for her. Whether the stress she feels is coming entirely from within her head (which is entirely consistent with paranoia) or whether she is responding to external events, I'm not sure. But I think something's up.

The "men in black suits" line is precisely what made me think that there is more (or less??) going on in her head than normal. It could be a straight-up lie, she might be using it as a less-than-charming way to say harass, or she might actually believe that men in black suits are out to get her. Maybe they are, or maybe its only in her head.

Clearly, she is an intellectually challenged, vindictive, crazy shrew, but its the change in behavior that makes me suspicious that something unusual (by her standards, not society's) is going on in her head or in her life.

AnitaMaria -- I think you may be right. She may have heard from the Bar. If so, I hope it was when she returned from her most recent epic fail in New Orleans.

If she heard from the Bar it means formal proceedings are being initiated. According to the rules, 20 days after an attorney is informed of formal proceedings, and if negotiations are not underway to "settle" the complaint, the complaint gets posted to the affected attorney's page on the State Bar website. So, a daily review of the State Bar website may be appropriate, possibly starting at the end of May.
