In my 30 years as a transcriptionist, I created MCA reports weekly and became very familiar with them. I knew there was more than one version (apparently three) and I supposed there could have been changes after I retired but one of my suspicions was correct. There is no whale in the MCA.

I typed so many, I was able to get my serial 7s almost to 0, (ok, teens) without a mistake. You only got credit for getting the first three right, no extra points for getting further, but the doctors would let you go as long as you wanted.

And I never saw any type of mathematical problem as complicated as trump described because, other than the clockface test, the rest was oral.

Also too, the three (not five) words you have to remember are not supposed to be related, i.e. man/woman/person or camera/tv. A while back, I was getting concerned about my memory and a friend told me to visualize whatever I needed to memorize and it works wonderfully. I had my first MCA test last fall as part of my wellness exam. When they got to my three words, (which I still remember, thank you friend) they were kitchen, garden and painting. So I visualized looking out my kitchen window into the garden and seeing someone painting. Keep that in mind when you guys inevitably have yours.

Decades of practice. Back in the 80s when I was clubbing in 4 inch heels, I could dance the night away in a pair similar. After a while, your Achilles tendon shrinks, and then it becomes hard to wear flat shoes. Obviously, I don’t wear them anymore but I still have a few pairs in the closet that I look at longingly.

Former President Donald Trump is going all in on his new election-related conspiracy theory: that almost every one of his legal problems have been personally orchestrated by President Joe Biden.

Even, apparently, the state-level cases.

“My legal issues, every one of them, every one — the civil and the criminal ones — are all set up by Joe Biden. Crooked Joe Biden,” Trump said outside a New York courthouse where his civil fraud trial was wrapping up Thursday.

“Every single, just about, case that I’m involved in was set up by Biden. They’re doing it for election interference,” Trump said.

He expressed similar sentiments Wednesday, when he predicted that his election loss would bring “bedlam.”

While Trump spent much of his time after losing the 2020 election complaining about supposed voter fraud, this time around he seems to have a new bogeyman.

The former president also appears to be employing one of his favorite tactics, taking something people are saying about him and spinning it around to use against his opponents. (Or as The New York Times recently put it, “I’m rubber. You’re glue.”) In this case, there is strong evidence that Trump really did meddle in the 2020 presidential election in order to hold onto power.

“Every time somebody sees me in court, remember, Joe Biden and his thugs that surround him did it,” he said at the impromptu press conference.
