I've always noticed that about her. It reminds me of basic training and how our hands should be while standing at attention, like holding a roll of dimes. It could be a modeling thing or perhaps she's really uptight. She does seem to clench her teeth a lot and maybe the hands follow.
tfg looks worn down. And surprisingly gaunt, comparatively. Perhaps he has been laying off the hamberders.

Ya, I imagine that's a large part of the reason. Truley. She is probably used to him sitting in the car with her at this point, but dealing with his odor after her mother died was probably too much for her to stand. I can empathize with that.
