Takase said many questions about the seal come from one blogger with several aliases. This month the blogger asked the office to hold off on some of her requests because she was going to send a new request to the new Health Department director, Takase said.
Well, that's got to be ButterBuns. I think if they were to release something else that demonstrates Pres Obama was born in Honolulu, whatever that might be, would convince 96% of the people who answer surveys that they aren't sure if the President was born in the US, the casual birthers. For the overwhelming majority of people, "natural born citizen" means "born here". I don't think most people are interested in the dual citizen, two citizen parent, Indonesia, adoption, travel to Pakistan theories. They're too technical and require too much explaining to keep the average person's attention for more than 15 minutes. So then we're left with the 4% who would bother to attend an American Grand Jury meeting, how many was that? About 300? Those are the more committed birthers. Then we have the 25-40 who attend court martials and Berg-apaloozas and write letters to the Dept of Health in Hawaii. Those folks aren't going to go away. They are hard core birthers who are going to keep coming up with complicated convolutions why Pres Obama is not NBC.

They also have to interpret unclear or perplexing requests, sometimes seeking opinions from attorneys at the attorney general's office and the state Office of Information Practices...."If you look at all the cases that we had, they were really only a handful of people, but they just made a lot of requests and very lengthy and ongoing kinds of requests," Takase said.
I think they're going to end up having to tell those people to bugger off.
