Whatever actually happened to Manning at the Lakin court-martial is probably amusing. I doubt you have any shortage of idiocies from Orly or Berg in their weird, sleazy feud. And obviously, anything involving CEL3 and Orly is hilarious by definition.

Do they have to be actual "events" (like a failed protest against Faux News?) or can they be stupid positions they've taken. Trial lawyers know about the effects of primacy and recentcy, so perhaps this is just sticking in my mind, but Mario telling Frank Arduini he isn't really Frank Arduini has to be up there. Oh, there are so many! I will try to put together a list offline and and bring it back to this thread.

Well all I can say is that of the top 10 birther moments of 2010, the Chaleria will be in at least 15 of them.

Great, but they shouldn't be too inside baseball. Stupid positions is good, too.

In the face palm category, we've got butterball, the Lakin/Jensen "you had your chance", and Puckett's "was getting deployed to afg on 2 weeks notice because my asshole of a client missed movement a good career move for you, MAJ Dobson?"

Of course, thats all in the past week, so maybe a top ten isn't gonna do it....

The topper will be Taitz's foot stamping demand to the Supreme Court to allow her and her computer expert (a player to be named later) to trawl through SCOTUS computers looking for the signature of Justice Thomas to the denial of her emergency petition. That was stoopid and funny on so many levels that it puts all the rest to shame.

It's all a big blur at this point, but was it 2010 when Obly went storming off to the LGTB office to register to run for office, only to find it closed? And came back fuming that when she was in charge, important state offices wouldn't be closed in the middle of the day for no good reason.

Some creative searches might turn up some things we've forgotten. Such as this one:

2011 will be the year that the docket in Liberi v. Taitz -- not just one of the affidavits -- tops out at over 300 pages.

That remark made me curious, having visited the docket many times in Liberi v Taitz.

Adding the E.D. PA and both appeals in the Third Circuit, the docket alone comprises 26 pages, 17 of which are in the E.D. PA.

Let's not forget Orly's stunning defeat of Damon Dunn in the SOS primary race. That election is gonna get overturned ya know. And of course the horrific fact that she had over 500,000 CA voters waste their franchise on her. Maybe they all just like Thai food....
