Muldy, the intern in question made it abundantly clear to her friends, long before the stain, that she was after him. She swooned like a goony schoolgirl in letters and journals over how she was going to make him hers. He made a huge mistake in judgement but I'm not sure he stood a chance agin' her determined advances.

Very specific questions sent to Mr. Adams based on the responses I've received from my posting. It'll be interesting to see how he replies.

That's good, Phil. I hope you asked him about the horribly racist and violent sentiments he has expressed. He seems a very unbalanced person. Not at all right in the head.

Damm...now I won't be able to sleep tonight worrying if we'll still have a president in the morning.

Not really. He isn't particularly interesting. Just yet another lying crackpot. Typical birther. Hanger-on wannabe. Nutter. A liar. The usual.

Hi Phil,

I am late in extending my greeting, but welcome to PJ!

I so appreciate that you have contacted Tim Adams. I will be interesting to learn more about this.

Thanks!

No.

In fact, I didn't even ask him about his opinions over the Constitution (because his opinion is no better or worse than my opinion on that document).

I basically asked him several very specific questions about how he knows what he knows.

After all, depending on how someone answers some very well-worded questions, one can then independently take those answers (if I/we get any) and see how they stack up to what's already known.

Can the Hawaii Elections Office charge him? I'd like to see that.

This needs to go to law enforcement; it's definitely a crime to randomly look at people's personal info even in cases where you have access to it. The DA could definitely charge him, if it is determined that he actually did this and isn't just lying to gain notoriety. [-X

I vote that he is just a lying nitwit, and doesn't deserve any attention. [-(

I know he's lying. Why would they have cause to look at Obama's information? He was in Illinois.

At the time, there were conflicting reports that Obama had been born at the Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu, as well as the Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children across town. So Adams says his office checked with both facilities.

What does that have to do with his job? Or his boss?

I know he's lying. I wanna see him squirm.

If Hawaii can charge him with something, I'd like to see it.

But...

So?

Still... I'd like Hawaii to question him.

Question him about what? Making asinine claims of having access to records that the department he worked in never had access to? How would HI have any power to question him purely for being a bald-faced, cheap, lying punk?

Hawaii takes privacy laws seriously, as evidenced by the case of Rhonda Wong-Fernandez. She was a hospital clerk sentenced to a year in prison because she accessed confidential medical information about someone she disliked & posted it on MySpace.

http://www.poz.com/articles/hiv_medical ... 6765.shtml

I wonder if Hawaii Judge Randy Lee & deputy prosecutor Chris Van Marter might be interested in a former employee of the City & County of Honolulu, who is now making claims that some believe cast doubt on the confidential nature of records in the Hawaii or Honolulu data bases?

This guy is FOS. He did not have access to any of the above databases.

Remember this?

http://epic.org/privacy/travel/pass/

This guy could access real property records because they are public records in the county the real property is located.

What is this guy going to testify to? Nothing.

What would they charge this guy with? Lying?

Bogus, I'm more concerned about this little thing...

Quote:

He just claimed that "his office" checked with both facilities, and neither had a birth there for that. So, if it's true, he violated Federal Privacy laws, such as HIPPA, which would prevent this information from being released without express writen permission from Obama. The Hospital cannot legally confirm nor deny that someone was seen there without the permission of the patient.

You take this guy's word that two Honolulu hospitals violated HIPAA law? You take this guy's word that two Honolulu hospitals confirm/deny births that took place a half a century ago without a legal order requiring such confirmation? You don't think the hospitals would simply refer such an inquiry to the Dept. of Health that keeps such official records?

I don't believe him. I don't believe they did this.

But... I want him to have to say so. And squirm.

I don't think he will say much anymore. I think he'll just fade away. He doesn't seem to have much invested in it. I think he just had a lark.
