I wonder how many they're inconveniencing. For the big party on Capitol Hill, it seemed everyone took the Metro. It's a mob of people, and there's no way to park. People brought strollers, all kinds of picnic gear, blankets, etc. We were mushed in like standing sardines. But it was the only real choice and part of the party atmosphere.
