I updated the calendar to include Orly's January 15 speeding trial date (thanks LM_K) and Orly's PROPOSED January 25 hearing date for her POS motion to transfer her former Barnett v Obama case to DC District Court.

RC Crystal Chalice stated in her show that her submission is going in on Wednesday. It was not clear as to whether she actually appears before anyone or just hands it in to a clerk over the counter. She may know what is happening immediately. She is prepared to appeal if necessary but she is unclear on the details.

It'll be interesting to know what she thinks she can appeal from and to whom.

As I understand it (and I could be wrong), what she did was go before a judge (who kindly granted her some time, for whatever reason) and ask to not only go before a grand jury to present her....whatever...(evidence of MASSIVE VOTER FRAUD) and also ask to be appointed a special investigator or prosecutor or some such. There's no "case" filed that I know of nor do they have to allow her to appear before the grand jury, to my knowledge anyway.

I corrected the Birther Happening Calendar to show that Chalice's (Sharon Meroni's) meeting with the McHenry County prosecutor is Wednesday, January 13th. The Northwest Herald article had the date listed incorrectly as January 31st. Chalice indicated on her show Sunday that she would be delivering an amended petition to the court (45 pages or more according to her). The article only said that Judge Sharon Prather gave the prosecutor 30 days to repsond to Chalice's original petition.

We can discuss the issues and likelihood of success in the Chalice thread.

It was real productive and she got real excited. She was thrown out on her ass and everyone laughed at her.

Another victory in Birfoonistan.

Does LTC Lakin's reporting date of April 12 for deployment overseas belong on the calendar?

Arpil 20 for Wally Fitz, I think.

[-X Don't forget Taitz's nomination as the Republican candidate for California Secretary of State on June 8! Or not.

I propose that the calendar be updated for two events tomorrow -- Sharon's hearing, and the new time and place for the Lakin arraignment.

I got the Lakin arraignment a couple days ago -- not knowing better, I set it for 9 a.m.

Not following Sharon Ann Moron well enough to know the details. Gimme details, I put on calendar.

OK. Here's the raw data so you can choose what goes on the calendar:

Quote:
The Illinois State Board of Elections (SBOE)/State Officers Electoral Board (SOEB) is meeting on Friday, 8/6/10, at 2:30 p.m.

and

Quote:
...the [Lakin arraignment] hearing is now to be held at Ft. Belvoir at 1100 on Friday.

Thanks!

I added the ILSBOE meeting and changed the Lakin arraignment. Thanks.

Please note these events are scheduled next week:

Tuesday: Kerchner v Obama goes to conference at SCOTUS. Check the report on the SCOTUS site late afternoon to see if it has been accepted. If it is not listed it will be on the denied list on the following Monday.

Wednesday: This is the due date for the government response in Taitz v McDonald at SCOTUS. Look for a waiver filed by the DOJ on Tuesday or Wednesday.

There's an 11/30/10 hearing in the NYS Strunk-in-Esse(c) case that is still open.

According to the NYS online docket, Stunk's case (029642/2008) was adjourned (continued?) to 1/11/11.*

* Which, I'm sure, carries serious numerological implications.

I just noticed that one of the editors of the Birther Calendar added a very important event on next May 11. If this is correct the Birthers may not have to worry about getting the Usurper out of office. ;)
