Question: as far as these defendants had missed the disclosures in the now dismissed law suit, can they still claim the Feds misinformed them too, or is it assumed that the government has given them knowledge of new stuff? Though i assume that prosecution formally needs to present them with the stuff. Continuation for them to review it ?

I assume the other defendants will raise me-too motions: those who haven't been tried will move to dismiss; those who pleaded guilty or were convicted will (depending on the timing) either move for a new trial or seek habeas relief.
