HIGH PROFILE CASE

Is that due to requests by the media or individuals, or was that an instruction from Judge Lewis to elevate the case's status? I think he was really enjoying that sucking up from Klayman and he was also very aware of the camera. I really wonder about him after that little exchange about if Klayman amended his complaint would he allege foreign birth. Kind of Larry Seidlin-ish, or Malihi-ish, like he might like to have the circus come to his courtroom.

I'm not saying this would've been a *successful* approach. (I watched the proceedings this morning, but haven't read any of the briefs.) But it would've at least confronted the defense's argument, rather than blabbering on about Vattel and whatnot.

Birfers were watching. I think the Paypal bell rings every time he mentions Vattel. ;;)

What I have decided to do is expand the Voeltz Docket on page 1 of this thread and will link documents there as I have them uploaded.

You may go there to view the documents as I get them up.

Gimme a few.. it's LOTS.

I think it was 5000 people watching on WND and Jack Ryan paying for a courier to get documents that did it.

There may be more.

In Klayman's latest Reply brief, the final exhibit is a faxed copy of an email from a New York librarian to Jerome Corsi.

I don't recall ever seeing this at WND before. And that, plus the fax date, further supports the theory that Corsi's been collaborating with Klayman to some degree.

We still don’t have SOS Motion to Dismiss (or any Memo in Support) … but have everything else, which is better than what we did have.

SHOWS

(1) OBAMA called 5/30 hearing – and won

(2) OBAMA noticed 6/18 hearing – and issues were Motions to Dismiss – nothing in notice of hearing re: NBC

I just talked with Larry Klayman (11 A.M. PT). He is not as concerned about the timing of the judge’s instructions. He feels the Obama attorneys are scrambling for technicalities to dismiss, because they don’t have the law and facts on their side.

He thinks the issues lie in the interactions of Florida laws with each other and with Federal law and that it’s clear cut that the states have the right/responsibility to control their elections, that Obama has in fact already been nominated, that the voters’ interests are foremost and tat it is clearly not in their best interests to wait longer to decide that an ineligible candidate should be taken off the ballot.

Klayman was interviewed by an AP reporter, who he described as a”Communist.” The reporter asserted that the issue was “already settled,” wanted to know when Voeltz became a Democrat and which Republicans Larry thought were ineligible for the Vice President (he replied “Rubio”). That should make for some interesting copy.

I found it strange how Klayman was claiming that the "voter of FL" get cheated upon when actually it's only the designated Democrats that get to decide who represents their choice as Democratic candidate. And no Democratic voter group designated a challenger to offer an option of choice.

Plus there's no Democratic (or Republican) nominee for each state. There's the guy leading the state's delegates, but the total totals aren't fixed yet.

Interesting. This is Scott Rille of the failed NBC amicus brief:
Scott_53_1350: Scott Rille: I Am A Christian Gentleman, Honest, Trusting...
Maybe he should have a talk with Thai Eats?

And his photos are mostly from the 1970s, I'd say.

Actually, all he needed to say is "I'm 72, and I have a bunch of money." Because he sure isn't going to get his sweet (yadda yadda yadda) of childbearing age to even answer his ad any other way.

Not lots of money? Not worth scamming? Fuggeddaboutit.

Not that any of that has any bearing on the fact that every frickin' word of his "brief" is WRONG -- not that it would matter, as it will be thoroughly ignored regardless.

I think not lots of money. He's living in a mobile home park (not that there's anything wrong with that.)

He might have a problem moving in his 25-40 year old bride.

Maybe he's seen one too many interviews with the late Tony Randall (AKA Felix Unger) extolling the virtues of a young blonde Princess who gives birth when the husband is 78.

There's a whole cottage industry in SE Asia catering to "gentlemen" like Mr. Rille.

Very rich 72-YO boasting to his friend about his hot new bride.

Friend: what did you do ... tell her you were SIXTY two?
72-YO: No ... I told her I was NINETY two.
