From ORYR:

Quote:
Ohio private investigator Susan Daniels has seen to that. On Monday, July 2, she filed suit in Geauga County (Ohio) Common Pleas Court demanding that Jon Husted, Ohio secretary of state, remove Obama’s name from the ballot until Obama can prove the validity of his Social Security Number.

...

To acquire appropriate standing in court, Daniels has gone to the trouble of establishing herself as a valid write-in candidate for president. Before she is through, this 70-something mother of seven, who has been a licensed Ohio PI since 1995, may cause Obama more trouble than the Romney campaign.

Looks like another winner!

From the WND article that ORYR links to:
Quote:
“Defendant [Ohio SoS] Husted, through this filing,” she argues, “has been made aware that the Democratic Candidate has been using a fraudulent Social Security Number, which would render Barack Obama ineligible under both the Ohio and U.S. Constitutions.”

Really? I must have an abridged version of the Constitution, because mine doesn't say anything at all about the President needing a Social Security Number. But then, my version doesn't have the two-citizen-parent thingy either.

Did Lena draft the complaint for her? I'm going to assume yes until we learn otherwise.

NICE. You may see some action, mary! Always nice to have boots on the ground. :-bd

Oh yeah, Susan? Well I'm preparing my lawsuit arguing that if the President doesn't prove he graduated from college, then he's ineligible under the Super Secret Section of the Constitution that birthers keep only in their heads. I'm pretty sure it's in the "What to do if a black guy wins" section.

I hope there is a hearing, too RC and Neon. :D It won't get this far because the SSN is irrelevant, but I am particularly interested in how she plans to show that the SSN is invalid without disclosing how she got the information

We haven't seem the complaint, so it's premature to presume it won't get to a hearing stage. I'm going to guess you have a very good chance of seeing action, including Orly, who will fly-in demanding pro hac vice status.

Since the court does not have online access, we may need to obtain records directly from the clerk, if no one posts them online. Even so, the birthers usually only provide their filings, not the opposition.

The price is very reasonable for copying, .05/ea, if necessary. Compared to other state courts from which we've obtained documents, that's like giving them away.

This one won't last long, so the pleadings should not be that voluminous (well, unless Orly is drafting Daniels' pleadings), which is a good bet.

After the court smackdown, you could offer her a barrel ride over Brandywine Falls. I would have suggested a swim in the Cuyahoga River but it's all cleaned up now. A match won't even light its fire anymore. :-

No danger for Granny Susan there. All birther cases have always been removed prior to finding their way to discovery phase.

Realist- I'll call the clerk's office tomorrow to find out the procedure. I can go to the court to make copies if needed.

The ample evidence Daniels gathered led her to believe that the 042 number Obama has been using “had previously been issued to another person,” one who lived in Connecticut between 1977 and 1979 and who was born in 1890.

Because all (87-89)-year-olds are applying for their SSN for the first time. So they can get their retirement benefits.

What a fool. But we knew that. =D>

From the tone of that WND article, I wonder if porn stache is moving away from the birth certificate and jumping on the SSN bandwagon.

Daniels checked other databases as well to validate her findings, including the Massachusetts Department of Motor Vehicles and the IRS.

:o That's very interesting. The IRS's database is IDRS -- Integrated Data Retrieval System. I wonder how Susan Daniels got access to it.

And I'm going to file suit to remove Rmoney from the ballot because he stole his secret Mormon underwear by hijacking a truck on its way from Georgia to Michigan -- a clear violation of the Commerce Clause. Think about it: Has he ever provided proof that the underwear was legally purchased? Why does he always hide his underwear when appearing in public? And why was his father deported to Mexico if he wasn't an illegal alien?

This is going to be huge!

Also,in your suit to keep Rmoney off the ballot, you have to get discovery to find out how many wives he has been sealed to. I am sure he will spend millions to keep that secret.
