Tick-Tock goes the clock as it counts down the seconds to January 20, 2013 and the second inauguration of President Barak H. Obama.

Ya, Sue. When is O'rly's word of the week going to be "moot"? I know we don't all agree, but I do believe that she wants it that way. She knows she is in way over her head on this one.

I wouldn't be surprised if she finds it's a moo point

Courtesy of Friends:
Joey: All right, Rach. The big question is, "does he like you?" All right? Because if he doesn't like you, this is all a moo point.
Rachel: Huh. A moo point?
Joey: Yeah, it's like a cow's opinion. It just doesn't matter. It's moo.
Rachel: Have I been living with him for too long, or did that all just make sense?

Does anyone know the last time Lena even mentioned the MS case?

Just a few days ago, a comment along the lines of "no answer from MS" and posted the docket, as I recall.

Edit: Yep... found it. July 24. http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/?p=196552

She sees greener grass in Indiana right now. I have no clue why but I suppose it is because the sanctions motion was denied.

Total speculation, but perhaps she has read the judgements against her. So She knows that Ankeny V Daniels has been cited pretty much universally, so if she can nulify Ankeny then all those judgements are null and void and we can proceed to discovery and frogmarching.

I think she has mentioned that in one of her filings in Indiana. It could have been in a blog post. Ankeny is a thorn in the Birther's sides that will not go away.

Taitz is considering filing a petition for a Writ of Mandamus to expedite her Mississippi case. “They’re now using a strategy of just delaying the case. Before, they tried to stop me with sanctions or obstructing, but now they’re delaying, and the judge is just sitting on it, and the case could go on until January. The state court judge delayed until after the primary election, and the case was not heard during the primary. Now the federal judge is delaying and trying to delay it until after the general election, so I’m attempting to expedite that case,” Taitz said.

Of course, the state court didn't delay anything. As usual, that was a Taitz fukkup.

Who's this "they" she's talking about? She knows she's waiting for the judge, no?

Yes, please. She needs to do everything in her power to prod the judge down here. Motivate her minions, corral them all to call and write and email demanding some action! Soon! Now! Immediately!

I can't wait.

That's because Obama is sooooo popular down here. I think he got 417 votes last election.

I'm actually surprised he got that many, although I'd love to see that number doubled.

Well, the judge and all of the judge's partners in the RICO-worthy conspiracy. Has she added the Mississippi judge to the RICO suit yet? Or is that "John Doe 14"?

Anytime a lawyer files a very, very competent sanctions request, Orly backs off from the suit. MS Ballot Challenge and Orly's cases in Hawaii both slowed down when serious sanctions and/or vex lit requests were filed.

Orly gets a lot of sanctions motions filed against her. Orly only backs away on cases where the motions are super-duper well written; she hasn't squeaked about Hawaii in any meaningful way once she realized that her chances of being declared a vex lit were strong if she didn't STFU in Hawaii. IIRC, Orly stopped filing in HI once the Judge Nishimura hinted that she would seriously consider a vex lit request.

Orly's posted her motion to expedite:

  http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/08/MS-Motion-to-Expedite-4-WM.pdf

It's a thing of beauty, with unanswerable final argument:

Quote:
If this court does not rule, this court will be aiding and abetting a foreign national in committing elections fraud by use of forged and stolen identification papers, such court would engage in violation of the civil right of Free Speech under color of authority and such court would be engaged in treason against the United States of America by allowing usurpation of the U. S Presidency and the position of the Commander in Chief.
