Dumbass never had a "case pending" in the SCOMS.

Did she believe she did because Coleman is a retired SCOMS justice?

In Mississippi? Amazing. I actually cringed when I clicked the link, because I expected to be rickrolled.

Too bad his name wasn't pulled from the wheel.

I was about to ask something along those lines, but more like a thread for specifically for this California nonsense, as this could get pretty messy. There are lots of folks in California who have "had it up to here" with Orly. This might trigger who knows what.

I've got two questions. First -- Does this outrageous threat constitute Bad Behavior per the CA Bar rules of conduct, or whatever they are called?

Second -- I cannot recall but isn't it TOO LATE to challenge the eligibility of a candidate on the California Primary ballot? The Ballot Guide is already out, for crying out loud! If so, this is more outrageous than usual, even for Orly. I think she is really losing it for real.

defendants can remove a case from a circuit court to the federal court in some instances, however plaintiffs can file an opposition.
In this case it was not in the circuit court. The case is in the Supreme Court. There is no rule allowing the case to be just removed to the federal court when it is awaiting adjudication in the Supreme Court of the state.
This is just outrageous.

Maybe, but I hope not. If the California Bar does not react to this breach of ethics, I cannot see it reacting to anything else that Taitz does. Threatening the Attorney General and Secretary of State ought to, in a rational world, get their attention.
