As a pro se complainant, she makes a decent videographer.

The conclusion is where the true Tracy Fine shines though. (Bold face mine)

Quote:
"CONCLUSION
For the reasons stated above, I feel I've proved there is no other choice but to remove Mr. Obama from the ballot for not filling the Natural Born citizen requirements needed to run for the Office of the President. Leaving Mr. Obama's name on the ballot in not only unconstitutional, but violates all Maryland citizens 14th amendment rights by enforcing a law that abridges the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States, not to mention our right to free and fair elections by qualified candidates. If this constitutional error is not made right, it will set precedent that all one needs, is to be is born here to be President and it won't be long before we have an anchor baby allowed to run for the Presidency and because their parents allegiance is to another country, the child will have no allegiance to this country whatsoever. That will be the end of America, if the unconstitutional President doesn't ruin it first."

Well, here ya go... betcha didn't know this one.

Quote:
STATEMENT OF FACTS
1. The term Natural Born Citizen is not based upon English Common Law, but rather on Vattel's definition written in his legal treatise of 1758 titled, The Law of Nations or Principles of Natural Law. An interesting illustration is offered by some early statistics concerning courts:
within31 years, from 1789-1820 Grotius was cited in pleadings 16 times, Pufendorf 9 times; Bynkershoek 25 times; Vattel 92 times. The courts themselves
cited Vattel over 60 times
. (Traditional doctrine on intervention in the law ofnations. pg. 252.) That the framers of the Constitution were influenced by the Law of Nations -- cannot be disputed. It has always been considered, by the Supreme Court, as relevant to intemational legal disputes in American tribunals.
Delegates to the First and Second Continental Congress, which produced the Declaration of Independence, often onsulted The Law of Nations, as a reference for their discussions. One important reason why the delegates chose to meet in Carpenters Hall, was that the building also housed the Library Company of Philadelphia.

:-bd

Duz no birfers haz a spel chekur?

In other news...

Quote:
Charles W.F. Dumas, an ardent supporter ofthe American cause, printed an edition of The Law of Nations in 1774, with his own notes illustrating how the book applied to the American situation. In 1770, Dumas had met Franklin in Holland, and was one of Franklin's key collaborators in his European diplomacy

Which absolutely, positively, without a doubt, undeniably makes Obama ineligible.

Checkmate!!

u.s. v. Wong Kim Ark 169 U.S. 649 (1898) . In 1898, the Supreme Court, in U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark, construed the 14th Amendment's citizenship clause, and determined that all persons born in the U.S. to parents who were domiciled in the country, were, upon their birth, citizens. While Justice Gray's majority opinion indicates that the holding is restricted to citizenship issues after the adoption of the 14th Amendment, the opinion discusses many important citizenship decisions leading up to the Amendment.Unfortunately, Justice Gray made some obvious mistakes with regard to these cases, and other points of authority. As such, the decision of the Court ought to be restricted to its holding.[and just you ignore how they reached it.. (there's a legal word for that, Tracy) k?]

You, the Court, can guess what those "obvious mistakes" are... k?

Oh great FSM (may he brush you with his noodley appendage) we went through this bullshit two freaking years ago. Not ONCE has the court cited Vattel with regards to NBC status, it was ALWAYS about maritime boundaries, river boundary disputes. Anything to do with water and Vattel was your guy. It is wonderful how Tracy leaves out the courts citing to Black's Law Dictionary which defines NBC as we do which is cited by US courts hundreds of thousands of times. Why is that Tracy?

"... the Founders did not recognize dual citizenship." (page 19)

They sure as hell did not recognize it. That is why they did not mind a jot that Thomas Jefferson did some presidenting while French. (presidenting while black, however ...) I think she does not recognize the meaning of that verb.

Funny how she dares to quote the entire philosophical argument that starts the chapter on citoyens in Vattel (with a lot of mangling, by the way, getting the s wrong, omitting the accents and more), say that it was first printed in 1758 and then quote ("correctly translated") a translation from 1797. If a book was so influential, would it really take 39 years to get translated? Oh, wait ...

I noticed some passages that indicate funny copy-pasting: eg "Emphasis added", when there was none and a sentence about Arthur that used all capitals, Unlike The Constitution, Which Only Uses Capitals with Substantives.

Most likely, Sammy Pufendorf... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samuel_von_Pufendorf

Quote:
Baron Samuel von Pufendorf (January 8, 1632 – October 13, 1694) was a German jurist, political philosopher, economist, statesman, and historian. His name was just Samuel Pufendorf until he was ennobled in 1684; he was made a Freiherr (baron) a few months before his death in 1694. Among his achievements are his commentaries and revisions of the natural law theories of Thomas Hobbes and Hugo Grotius.

She left Hobbes out. :-?

He is a slightly less influential philosopher of law, particularly international law, than Grotius, and a slightly more influential one than Vattel.

You know Tracy has to be prancing around her living room with her silly cowboy hat she seems to favor laughing almost hysterically with glee at the thought that she finally will show everyone who ever mocked her that she, Tracy, was right all along. Those fools at Fogbow will rue the day they ever claimed she was wearing leggings! And was plump. And crazy. And silly. And, and, and...... As we laugh at her brief, she is right now imagining the video to end all videos as she proclaims VICTORY!!!!!!!!!

It is not Pusendorf or Pusendors (Tracy has a problem tranfcribing old text and disserentiating between s and f).

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samuel_von_Pufendorf

He is one of the first guys who looked for a philosophical basis for a division between state and church. He quarrelled with Leibniz, and that for some time after his death made him and his ideas "untouchable" with the philosophical elite. The Founders had no problem quoting him.

I'm surprised Tracy didn't post this everywhere. She is usually very proud of her work and it certainly took a while to put it all together. Has she even served the President? Does she know the address?

The summons was issued.
I have it on Good Authority there is no Return of Service on file, though she earlier stated she wuz goin' to D.C. with a shurf to serve the usurper.

Can usurpers be served? Maybe that's the problem.

Well, you have to admit that a 1784 ruling would be a Constitutional precedent.
