Even if I can't actually read it, it looks official to me. Yep, it's notarized, all right.

Do you have a complaint about your polling place's accessibility limitations or are you concerned about fraudulent activities on Election Day? A toll-free phone line now exists to make your voice heard. We need your help to identify areas needing assistance so the issues can be resolved prior to the General Election in November.

The Help America Vote Act of 2002 (HAVA) requires at least one accessible voting machine be placed in each polling place in addition to making the facility physically accessible. The Secretary of State and Indiana Election Division have been working with county election administrators to make these changes and upgrade polling places as of the 2006 Primary Election. All polling locations in the State of Indiana should be compliant.

The toll-free number is: 866-IN1-VOTE (866-461-8683). HAVA staff will be on hand to answer the calls from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM EDT on Election Day
and 8:00-4:30 on regular business days.

Download a Fraud and Accessibility Grievance Form. (28KB PDF)
http://www.in.gov/sos/elections/files/grievance.pdf

After the form has been notarized, please submit it to the HAVA Office at the address listed on top of the form. The form will be reviewed by the Election Division to determine if a violation may have occurred. If a violation may have occurred, then the complaint will be investigated.

Ok, so this isn't an automatic thing, like in Georgia. Indiana could take a look at this mess she's submitted and tell Orly to go pound sand.

The more I see Orly's handwriting the more I wonder if she has had a stroke or something since she passed the bar.

My great aunt had a stroke and after she had recovered fairly well, she signed a birthday card for me. I treasured it (and still do) because it was easy to see how difficult it was for her to write. I see it as a symbol of never giving up.

It's all just Masterpiece PayPal Theater anyway. By now, she's gotta know that she couldn't win a small claims dog bite case if the teeth were still stuck in the victim.

Makes ya wonder, doesn't it?

Offtopic :
Speaking about wonders, I'd be curious to know what Orly's notary charges her. I had to get something notarized in California this past December and noticed that a coffee shop near my sister's place had a notary sign hung in the window. It cost me $20! I couldn't believe it, but there wasn't much I could do about it, since the stamp was already on the document.

At home, my bank will notarize for free and, in all my years, I don't think I've ever paid more than two bucks when I've had to get something notarized on the road. Is this normal in California?

I do hope she included Judge Malihi's ruling with the "court case file".

I had not realized that Orly became a registered voter in the State of Indiana. That may problematic in regard to her run for office in California.

I couldn't see anything on the form (or the site) that actually restricts it to residents.

There's a republican filed -Patricia Inez Sandifer - who I've never heard of. I wonder if her petition will be challenged?

Well, not necessarily directed to your comment, but I'm not sure it's the right form for a challenge to a candidate. Just sayin'.

Oh, I don't know ... it's free-form, and doesn't have any deadlines or such. The grievance that has no end.
(It wasn't clear if she sent her dossier with it, or if the elections board has to retrieve it from a SoS or two.)

For clarity and trying not to help Orly too much - it is the wrong form and the correct one would require a registered IN voter to challenge the eligibility of a candidate.

It is the wrong form. She used the form for complaints about violations of the Help America Vote Act. HAVA Division. HAVA has-a different parts. Improve accessibility for voters with disabilities like wheelchair and other access at polling places or voting machines usable by the disabled. Sets up Testing, Validation and auditing of voting systems. It establishes programs for students like mock elections and chances to be pollworkers.

HAVA doesn't have-a anything to do with candidates. Nada. But the Taitz idiot has a disabled client, so they picked that form.

Edit: correction

Oh.

Here's what the Indiana Sec of State site says about this form. Now I see what her strategy is:
Quote:

After the form has been notarized, please submit it to the HAVA Office at the address listed on top of the form. The form will be reviewed by the Election Division to determine if a violation may have occurred. If a violation may have occurred, then the complaint will be investigated.

I wonder how much review it's going to get? A couple of laughs and a trip to the circular file?

Yep, wrong form. Leave it up to Orly... I know which one is the correct form but let her sweat while the clock runs out
