Oh well, Indiana can now treat Orly as a crazy attorney rather than just another crazy pro se.

On second thought, raise your hand if you've ever heard of anyone except Orly putting out such a press release.

I have never heard of anyone doing that. I do know an attorney who had to fight an argument about his own PHV admission to the Fourth Circuit and won it. However, he didn't issue a press release.

So the upside is, technically, she can now be sanctioned, correct? (Like that would ever happen!)

Edit: I got thrown out of Probate Court in Van Nuys -- for crying! Well, asked to leave until I could "pull myself together," which didn't happen before the hearing was over. I was only whimpering, not really bawling. But the judge was a pretty horrible guy as far as I could see -- dare I risk my status here as a "lady" and say a real prick -- and he couldn't understand that I deserved to be really upset and was doing the best I could. Somehow, there seems to be some lower standard set for this insanely, twisted pretend lawyer who continues to insult the Courts, yet never gets a lick of trouble for it.

I'm certain that AP and Reuters will deem this newsworthy and put out a wire story on it. =))

So, does this case have a hearing set before the Dem Nat'l Convention when the primary ends?

No idea.

I'd also love to see her phv ap. (assuming she submitted one) an d/or what her sponsoring attorney stated to the INSC about her.

What is telling is that she didn't post it in advance. She must have been afraid it would fail like others. As it well should have!

I tried to read Indiana rules, and iff I get it right, the co-counsel ought to have made an appearance first in the case/docket, and then the fee and paperwork goes for approval to the SCofIN. Does a Fogbowser have access at least to the case docket?

PS. Co-counsel is expected to countersign each and every submitted paper. I wonder how that will work out, esp when Orlena may ask for electronic access.

will /s/ & /s/ approve their new cousins signing with /s/+/s/ too ?

Not the current one. IIRC it costs 7-10 bucks just to look at the docket. So, don't look very often... but I'll check it out.

Be back shortly.

Edit: Problems accessing the site at the moment. Will try again later.

Last time I checked the docket was posted through 8/8. viewtopic.php?f=88&t=6950&start=3300#p408348

Orly,

You are truly amazing with your diligence and love for Our Country. Your work is not going unnoticed at the State level here in Indiana!

Please let me know the court date, for the Indiana Obama/Elections Board case, when set. I have 2 Indiana Senators that are very interested in the case now. One, I have been sending information about your case, as she has requested? My State Senator actually took her time to email me today asking if I had seen Obama 2016? I would love for her to be able to attend the case and meet you, if she has time to work it into her schedule.

Thank you

Since the Supreme Court of Indiana will almost certainly not grant oral argument in a completely meaningless case that will be denied on the papers, what does it even matter who "represents" someone?

I'm frankly disappointed by it, and hope whoever is the local attorney ends up on the hook for sanctions, but it is basically meaningless.

Personally, I couldn't care less who her local sponsor is, I just want to see whatever application they filed for Orly to obtain PHV. The time to first lie must be a record low!

In a quick reading, declaring sanctions are not part of the phv application process.

Rule 3. Admission of Attorneys
Section 2. Temporary Admission on Petition.

IIRC, her appearance was objected to. I'm not sure if that was ever ruled on, but it's apparently moot now.

Would the sponsoring attorney expect to be paid in a situation like this?

I dunno if it means much but Black didn't win this forclosure appeal:

Edit: In this one, Black appeared with two other attorneys for the bank and won the appealed foreclosure.

Gordon Wilson Black? I wonder if it could be this poster at the LA Times way back in 2008:

Quote:
Posted by: Gregory Black | December 30, 2008 at 01:13 AM

This has been an incredible slap in the face to the American People by Obama and the Democratic Party. The questions revolving around Obama's birth certificate and questions about whether he meets the "natural born citizen" requirements of the Constitution have been raised as far back as April of 2008. The only response has been by Obama producing a worthless document called a Certification of Live Birth, or short form Certification to various pro-Obama websites. This short form does not include verifiable information such as the name of the hospital in Hawaii, doctors or witnesses.

The Certified copy of Obama's Birth Certificate that would contain the name of the hospital, etc. can easily be produced if he would sign a form and pay $10.00. Obama to this day refuses to do so. The Democratic National Committee ("DNC") have been conspicuous by their absence or comment on this issue. As the DNC has the responsibility for vetting or qualifying candidates before their name is placed on the ballot have simply dropped the ball. This urgently needed to be answered BEFORE THE ELECTION TO AVOID ELECTING AN INELIGIBLE CANDIDATE. We have before us a Constitutional crisis by the failure of Obama or the DNC to be open and transparent and provide the documentation that was used to qualify Obama on this point.
snip
If Obama is not a "natural born citizen" and contrary to what the press and Obama corp are publishing, this has not been proven, then Obama is not eligible to hold the office. If Obama takes the oath of office and is subsequently proven to not to be a "natural born citizen" he will be removed from office and all acts that he takes will be null and void.

This is a horrible position for Obama and the DNC to have placed the country with everything else that is happening. They appear to have placed their personal interests over the American People. Ineligibility never goes away.
