Well, not zakly... she can't have a client in Indiana, disabled or not. ;;)

Yes; but:

Taitz has certified(!) mailings to the U.S. Attorney in Atlanta, the Louisiana Secretary of State, and the Indiana Protection & Advocacy Services.

That's interesting language. What if the violation is contained in the complaint itself? What if the complaint contains evidence that the complainant has illegally and fraudulently obtained personal information from federal databases? What sort of investigation might commence if "a violation may have occurred"?

;)

Well, any time she is pro se, she has a client suffering from a severe mental disability. If she flies into Indiana, it's fixed, nunc pro tunc and stuff.

I've lost the plot. Who is the alleged disabled "client"?

The form asks for the name of the person filing the form; it doesn't actually specify that the filer must also be the complainant.

Taitz posted an e-mail from "Virginia." That's my best guess so far.

Orly's printing makes her documents either almost unreadable or unreadable. I suppose that a state agency (especially one charged with advocacy for the mentally, developmentally, and physically disabled) has to make an effort to read what is sent to it, but I would simply discard a piece of correspondence like that. It would signal NUT at first glance. I think she takes no more care with how she prints than with what she prints. She has a fundamental disregard for anyone other than herself. It would be very interesting to see what a qualified graphologist would say about that printing. It is not simply that it is childish.

Of course, a qualified phrenologist could probably tell us more basic stuff, but there is no chance of anyone ever feeling the bumps on her head.

Let's not help Orly too much until after February 17th. Then we might discuss what someone could have done in Indiana if they were minimally competent. This latest filing confirms to me that Taitz and Pambly Barnett are not close. The Obama Ballot Challenge research for Indiana does not lead in the direction followed by the esteemed esquire.

I think she made that calculation already, hence her haste in filing this masterpiece of civil rights litigation on behalf of the disabled.

Of course it is.

It's worked before, hasn't it?

OMFG! I worked on HAVA implementation in So. California, in my past life. (I am now an unabashed capitalist pig once again, able to pay my bills even, having burnt out doing many, many years of Good Government advocacy without a single meaningful success.) She filled out the HAVA form? Is she more of a moron that I even imagined! Voter fraud under HAVA would be if an individual were denied a chance to file a provisional ballot, was asked to produce ID when none is required, etc. I repeat: OMFG! When will she do enough that the state I was born in and used to be proud of will disbar her already???

Why is there any surprise that she has, once again, filled out the wrong form?

Read my sig!

No help, please, boss! In the words of the immortal General Lewis B. Hershey, let her make her own mistakes.

She already has. There is no redemption available for her regardless of what we say or do. Am I right or wrong? :-

Wrong. There is still time to do something else. She doesn't know what else, but there is still time.
