Kenny's luck in the AZ courts has not been so good. I don't think this will fare any better. \:D/

I would classify this as a threat more than a challenge.

Gee, I missed where Kenneth cited the statutory authority for a ballot challenge. :-k

Kenny goes for the full birfer Monty.

Minor; Indonesian adoption, loss of citizenship therefrom; change of name; Kenyan birth; Muslim; dual citizenship change from mom; Hague Convention (to which we were not a signatory, IIRC; no regaining of citizenship (that he could have never lost, but oh, well; and did he as for a "stay"? :D

Nevertheless, it appears he threw everything in there except what AZ law states is statutory authority for a challenge and what the SoS is statutorily required to do or not do.

Great job, Kenny. ;;) This (and your threatened suit, which I'm sure is scaring the bejeebus out of Bennett and Obama) should turn out just about as well as your last go 'round in the AZ courts... only it will be over much more quickly. :-bd

He missed the big lie about the Pakistani travel warnings in 1981 for US Citizens traveling in and out of that country on US Passports.

Kenny sez there will ba lawsuit filed in March. I hope Kenny is pro se or that Van Irion represents him. A post at Harry Riley's blog and Pambly's Place:

Harry we are also getting ready to file a suit in Arizona in March, that will make 2 there. Attached are the notice and challenge sent to both the dems and the SOS

I guess Kenny didn't see my post above where I informed him that early voting begins a month before he plans to file his suit.

Oh well. A girl can only do so much.

Just exactly what do they expect to do to prevent or nullify a caucus in AZ?

Whine. Alternating with banging on the basement ceiling with a broom handle.

Wait, am I reading this right? That the guy is asking for a waiver of service from the state party and the President so he can save money?

Birfers have some of the strangest notions on how to approach situations I ever encountered. The President has been usurpering highly illegally for over three years now, is some sort of Marxist Super-Tyrant, but apparently has some sort of guilty conscience that would give the guy who is suing him the 101st time a little financial help to undo his Kenyan Muslim Socialist regime.

A little something for everyone, there is. But asking a Superior Court to "reaffirm" Minor v. Happerstat seems to be quite a stretch.
