However, I absolutely must raise $9,000 in the next 48 hours in order to file this new lawsuit in Alabama.

It's obvious to everyone that Barack Obama, Jr.'s, legal team is desperate to keep from having to enter this document into evidence. They know that the legal ground on which they are standing is quickly turning to quicksand.

I've already had to cancel one lawsuit (in Mississippi) because we didn't have the money to proceed with it. And, if I can't raise at least $9,000, within the next 48 hours, I may not be able to file this one either.

Lots more whiny, desperate begging at the link. http://grassroots.activehosted.com/inde ... 5bc8436.60

What's next? His version of send me $8 million or God calls me home?

48 hours ? Is he implying that court clerks in Alabama (notice he does not mention which court he is looking at....) will be working on Sunday....and they won't accept any new lawsuits after that ?
Kreep is betting that his target market are those weakminded suckers who fall for telemarketing scams and/or are addicted to buying whatever BUY NOW ! "deals" they see on Late night TV ads.
He's probably right.

Mr. Kreep writes to us from Ramona, CA, a dinky stain on the map of unincorporated San Diego County. It's described in Wikipedia as the former turkey capital of America, which designation seems a bit premature. It's also right near Fallbrook , where Tom Metzger, once grand wizard of the KKK and founder of White Aryan Nations, stirred shit from '68 until his unfortunate incarceration(s) and subsequent removal Oregon then, fittingly, Indiana.

I wonder if he left a lingering aroma of racism that just hangs in the air to be inhaled by mouth breathers like Kreep?

Ramona is actually to the east of Escondido and up windy mountain roads. You pass though it on the way to Julian. It's more East County (or maybe Northeast) I lived there for three years, it's not a bad town.

Fallbrook is to the north of Escondido and just slightly east of Camp Pendelton. You can be in Fallbrook about 10 minutes after getting off of I-15 It's almost as far north in North County as you can get.

Actually the Kreep used to have an office in Escondido, but after he was forced to cough up some pretty significant coinage to Planned Parenthood, he moved his offices into his house.

I've lived in both East County and North County (graduated from CSU-San Marcos). Lakeside and Santee have more than their fair share of rednecks, (while parts of El Cajon look like the Middle East now). Most of North County is pretty racist free, but there's a few pockets here and there. Most of Fallbrook tends to be embarrassed by the Metzgers.....

Perhaps Kreep is waiting until Wednesday's anniversary of the death of Osama bin laden in the hope that Seal Team 6 will be too busy celebrating.

Meh, Bama, he's waiting to collect his 9k in birfer bux. Good luck with that.
Oh, wait... his 48-hour deadline is dead and gone.

Seal Team 6 can relax and par tee. :-bd

Edit: ETA: OOPS!! Hold the presses!!! It's dated today (though posted 2 days ago). Birfers can still throw their money away on him. :-bd

Dear Friend,

USJF has the plaintiffs, and the local attorney, to file a state ballot challenge in Alabama, THIS WEEK, against Barack Hussein Obama that has a great chance of succeeding.

However, I have already had to cancel one state ballot challenge, in Mississippi, because of a lack of funds.

I won’t press ahead with this Alabama case until we have raised the minimum of $9,000 that we need to finance this litigation.

Donation Selection section from Kreep's begging for moolah page below.
Isn't it illegal to misrepresent a donation to a political cause to be tax deductible - when it is not tax deductible ?
Does that bottom of the page disclaimer clear the USJF of all responsibility ?
All this PayPal panhandling seems to be under the radar, as in not regulated by any government agency or any review entities.
There is No accountability, no oversight, no consumer/donor protections, and no reporting is required.
It's ripe for scammers to use so they can suction coins out of dimwitted dolts, with no need to perform any services or provide any product, no need to fulfill any agreement, and no repercussions for just keeping the money for their own personal use and not doing anything.
Except ask again for more money.

Obviously a very unreliable source, but based on Florence Stone's tweets (another unreliable source, and also possibly where Orly got the info), this will be a Dummett/Hendershot/Kreep production.

This one smells like a win!

A positive development, is that I got word that Mr. Sorensen in AL filed a judicial misconduct complaint against Judge Leigh in AL. If you recall, she was that nasty judge, who did not even respond to pro hac vice request from me, did not allow plaintiffs ny time extensions to get a layer and respond, she attacked mr Sorensen and others with sanctions. She really deserves to be thrown off the bench. She should be also sued for violation of the civil rights of the citizens under the color of authority. There are a few judges that need to be prosecuted together with her. Federal judge in GA Clay D. Land is one of them.

 http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/?p=54866

Ragsdale didn't go after this guy for costs as long as he stopped birfing. If Sorensen is indeed filing this, I hope Ragsdale does go after every penny due.

Yeah, I always thought that Ragsdale's kindness would be rewarded with a kick in the teeth. I have no doubt Mr. Ragsdale, if his services are employed, will not be so generous this time around. :xo

The case was before JudgeLee. That's an odd mistake in spelling her name.

To review the questions of sanctions that Mr. Ragsdale asked to be suspended on condition that the plaintiff cease his birfing in the courts.

Is it my imagination, but does that website have the legend "Support our Troupes" down at the bottom? Is that a deliberate mis-spelling, or is this another example of spelling-challenged website authors?
