I'm really disappointed in skip tracer/investigator/collections dude Hendershot.

A good deal of his complaint is merely cut and pastes from some of the earlier ones such as Swensson's.

More "kitchen sink" thrown in nonsense.

It is good to see that Al spent hours upon hours researching the Code of Alabama, Title 17, before embarking upon this challenge. With the coaching of election law expert Pammie Barnett how could he possibly go wrong? :-#

How many of these do birthers intend to submit? Not that the outcome is in doubt, but Obama will have enough delegates by the end of March, at the latest. Will birthers be challenging his placement on the last state's primary*?

Yes, the birthers will challenge every single one they can--they believe if he is kept off of one of the primary ballots he will be kept off of all of the general ballots...

They really are dusting off the moldy oldies of late. This was stuff that was debunked in 2009. Yet we're suddenly seeing it rehashed.

Why do I get the feeling he was either being humored by that office, or is simply making crap up?

Well, he's right about their having no idea that his SSN# is bogus 'cause it isn't. The fact that they mentioned sending the information on the the State Democratic Party convinced me they were having him on. When someone comes in and hands you a pile of ridiculous claims, it's not polite to just laugh in his face. You never know if they are packing or will come back in with an assault weapon if you tell them what you think. I wonder if he started in on the Harrison Bounel craziness. I don't think anyone has bought into that line of crazy since it is impossible to follow.

Al Hendershot is all over it too. Now he has posted some Alabama statutes for contesting the results of a primary election and says "if he has too" that he will file a challenge within 24 hours of the primary vote.

He really ought to read those statutes more closely. Once again, his "standing" is in doubt...
