I was just thinking about that; it is unbearably painful to read David's arguments! The man is a idiot. At least he is polite most of the time. I will give him that.

I had to stop reading.

Farrar's latest theory/argument is something along the lines of the courts can't issue an opinion, based on man's law (including SCOTUS I think) stating who is natural born citizen, because it's nature's law, or something like that, as I recall.

Yet, he plans to file suit. To do what? Tell the courts they have no authority to interpret the law?

It's confuzzling. :-?

The court may still entertain petitions for emergency stay, which this obviously must be. It's a draft and I'm sure the caption will reflect the urgency of the situation when it is filed. As soon as it is filed, I'm sure the court will act and Georgia will have to stop certifying the votes. Hmm, where did we leave that Tardis? :-k

I have to say, Orly is finally starting to learn the basics of how to approach a cert petition. This sounds a lot more polished than the last couple.

Where she is still lacking is in understanding the nuances appropriate to each justice. This latest draft, for example, really reads much more like something that would appeal to Alito. If she's really going to send this to Thomas, she's going to have to figure out how to rewrite it so that it hits the angles that would best appeal to him.

I'm not helping, but I will say that an actual Taitz client is about to lose $300 filing a petition with a gigantic, basic flaw. No, not the usual stuff and the 300 pages of inadmissible ebidence. Before that.

So when the client loses the $300 and then goes #-o when he realizes just what is wrong here, do you suppose he will cry malpractice?

And hasn't this client had issues with La Taitz and her representation in the past?

Hell, does this client even know she is doing this?

Skeppy, this one was posted by paralegal Yun. It may be her work and that may explain its beauty.

Maybe she should mention that she has a computer expert named Chito that can help Thomas post his opinions as PDFs on Ginnie's blog. Chito could also help with hardware upgrades! :-

I can't see the text of the draft application nor the letter to the DNC on her site. There are no links to the PDFs. Do y'all enable scripts to see the actual docs? Can somebody copy/paste the draft application?
