Birthers have only a few options remaining:
1) The birthers can claim only they understand the law and that everyone else, including every court where a presidential eligibility challenge was filed, is wrong.
2) The birthers can fire up the tractor and move the goal post again.
3) The birthers can perform the internet version of putting their fingers in the ears and singing la la la la la I can't hear you.
4) The birthers don't have to admit defeat. Few care if they eventually understand what the law is or not.

You won't get a birther to admit it, but deep down inside:
1) Birthers know President Obama will remain President until at least Jan 20, 2013 and maybe until Jan 20, 2017.
2) Birthers know regardless of the results of the 2012 presidential election, Associate Justices Sotomayor and Kagan will remain on the Supreme Court for the next 20-25 years assuming they remain in good health. The 25 circuit court and 98 district court judges confirmed during the past three years will also be on the bench for some time.

It's desperation time for the birthers.

If you visit some of the nuttier commenters fb pages from Kemp's, it gets quite interesting how baldly they expose their second amendments rights. Found a a real lulu.

Apologies for being lazy, but what does this mean? I.e., in what manner are in-state lawyers disciplined that might be a relevant deterrent to an out-of-state lawyer, above and beyond being denied PHV status?

I would assume they could be disciplined with monetary fines, as well as with restrictions on their future conduct, such as by forbidding them from practicing within the state any further. I am not sure whether this would trigger reciprocal discipline in the same manner as a disbarment would, but it could.

I think in this case, though, they are simply likely to deny PHV status, and only move forward with anything else if she defied the order and attempted to practice anyway. I'd like to see what that situation would look like.

I base this on comments people have made about Georgia supposedly being strict about PHV formalities. However, everywhere I know of is supposedly strict about similar formalities, yet the Chaleria has flown around "practicing" law every damn place in the country so far.

During the interview on Strange Universe Radio with Sean David Morton, Orly talks about her "case" in Georgia, other challenges, her run for senate, rigged voting machines, you know the drill. What I found most interesting is that she actually says (at 31:20) that she has filed probably 50 cases. I feel that the next 50 will be disposed of in short order.

I don't understand why she is even a lit in the State of Georgia. By my reading of what is above concerning pro hac vice, she should not even have been in that hearing room except as a spectator.
