He has a post up (2 hours ago) saying he's been charged.

Stein has been served with a notice of administrative separation proceedings and could be kicked out of the Corps with a discharge under “other than honorable” conditions, he said. He also might be reduced in rank and have to pay back some or all of his $45,000 in bonus money and education fees for real estate classes.

He said he does not know when the hearing will take place, but when it does: “I will just have to educate somebody on the Constitution and what it says.”

Jack D Walker Sr Lot of people jumping to a lot of conclusions. Gary has not disobeyed an order so thats not the case. He has simply voiced his concern about the Black Hitler in the whitehouse. That used to be free speech but since the idiot came to power its now A CRIME. Gary will get an NJP and probably reduced and fined. They have to make an example so they will have a kangaroo court. Odumbobo cant take thinking peopl who question his dismantling of the constitution. The wrong person is being condemned here. Long day and its only 1230.... now that I have been relieved of duties and given a desk job with no computer access I will have more time to study the Constitution... their is an upside to everything. Staying positive!

I also sincerely hope he takes his "constitutional" (I am assuming Free Speech) argument to the hearing officer. I am absolutely sure that the Hearing Officer will bow down to his superior intellect and apologize for the slight on his character and ask that he be nice and stay in the Marine Corps and not make a fuss and would he like a cookie?

The Hearing Officer will no doubt advise him of his rights and then refer the matter to a court martial, as he should. If he was smart he would accept the "other than honorable" and be thankful he got off light. Of course we know he is not smart by doing what he did but a reduction in rank, bad conduct discharge and forfeiture of all pay and benefits is gonna chap his ass a little more.

Its funny in life when you think you have this plan laid out in your head for the nest year or two and then one day life throws a you a curveball. Someone once told me if you want to make God laugh just tell him your plans. I think that could not be more true. I know god has plan for me and my family although right now it is not to clear.

Today we found out that the Marine Corps would like to make my "hearing" next Friday the 30th of March. Talk about quick... I just met my defense attorney today and had a 5 hour phone conference with the Oathkeeprs general counsel. We made some amazing ground today and have laid out a great game plan. Now the week time frame we are currently on is a little... wait... very very small. We are going ask to push back that hearing but it is not sure if that will happen. Monday we will release some contact information for the public to contact to show support to move the hearing at least 2 weeks make so we can have the proper time to prepare the best we can.

It warms my heart to see the hundreds of emails and Facebook comments I get each day. I am truly humble in the fact that that I mean a lot to people around this country.

Military free speech is a very gray area. The current orders and directives on file are beyond flawed and need to be revised to make it more clear for military members. This will be issue near and dear to my heart no matter the outcome of the hearing. We must teach our kids the importance of the Constitution and what our Founding Fathers stood for.
