Sen Maria Cantwell has an opponent. WA first term state senator Michael Baumgartner has entered the race. RealClearPolitics presently has the race as "Likely Democratic".

Sen Cantwell hasn't been in danger of losing her Senate seat. WA state Senator Michael Baumgartner is taking one for the team and collecting political IOUs from Washington Republicans to be cashed later.

My previous post had Public Policy Polling results showing Sen Maria Cantwell +15 or better. Now it's Rasmussen claiming the same.
